Warranty company sent Mr Penny to our home, told me what the issues were and said that he would be able to fix the fuse that had blown. Well, paid him the 65 dollars for coming out and asked if he could come back at a certain date and time and twice, no call no show. If the job was to much for you to handle, common decency would be to say so. Yes we have an older home and we see that we will have problems for now but don't just take people's money.
It's called common decency, honest and respect.
I thought seeing one of our people who could do the job was wonderful and I would have gladly spoke of their work.

Adrian was diligent in troubleshooting my electrical problem. OG&E couldn't fix it, nor could other electricians. He was persistent and found the trouble no one else could. I'm so thankful for his great work! Thank you Adrian and GOOD GUYS ELECTRICAL!

We had an overall very unpleasant experience with Good Guys Electric. The crews on site were unprofessional, and there were repeated issues with organization and workmanship. They overran multiple supplier and staffing accounts without proper coordination, which created unnecessary complications and delays.

Most concerning was the quality of the electrical work. We incurred significant additional costs to fix and correctly rewire items that should have been done properly the first time. Between the rework, added expenses, and lack of professionalism, this was not a positive experience, and we would not use them again or recommend them.

TruFuse Electric was amazing! Professional, knowledgeable and on time. I greatly appreciate all the work they did on my home and running power to my shop. Top notch, highly recommended.

I used a different company for my install and after the installed it I’ve never heard from them again. After a continued electric bill I reached out to Tru-Fuse and they said I needed to trim a tree and completely remove another. The other company said they “shouldn’t be a problem”. Tru-Fuse came and helped with the removal and I have been producing more electric than needed ever since! Wish I would have went with them first!
