They were responsive, returned my call right away. Displayed professionalism and went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed according to code, safe, at the estimate quoted and timely. Their bid and final bill was the best value quote I received. I would definitely recommend them. And I am hiring them to do more work!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I contracted with them to install a 50-amp 240 volt subpanel, GFCI, and whip line for a new spa and a 40-amp subpanel for a mini split. Chris and Bryan did the work on the two sub panels and conduits. Chris returned 2 weeks later to install the 12-ft whip line for the spa connection. He was angry, irritated, and raised his voice telling me I didn’t pay for the work. I stated that Bryan took my card payment and said it was the balance owed. And Chris was right beside him picking up copper wire cuttings off the driveway. He denied it. I contacted the office and she said they failed to take payment for both jobs. I paid it right away. When the spa was installed on 6/24/24, the technician wired the connections and the motors overheated and smoked and wouldn’t purge the air in the lines. He tested the wires and said the wire with white tape (white neutral) was a hot line and the neutral was black. Bryan came out, and he said Chris miswired the panel and put white tape on a hot lead, not the neutral. He rewired the breaker and the hot tub and it functioned properly, but the dealer said the pumps have to be replaced after overheating from cavitation in the lines. Brand new $10,000 spa, damaged due to Chris from Spark not being attentive and proficient in his work. He was an angry and abrupt individual, and I told the office manager, Savannah, he is not allowed near my home again. Bryan is trustworthy and respectful and corrected the bad work performed by Chris. In the end I have to replace two pumps and seals in the plumbing. Unacceptable. Do not use this provider.

We had a lot of work done with this company, spending close to $10,000. They failed to properly ground the hot water tank resulting in a shock to the tank repair man. This was after cutting a 2 foot hole in the ceiling to run the wires.
They were to update our breaker box with new arc and gfci fuses. Charged us that service but didn’t put all of the charge fuses in.
Customer service is terrible. They take messages but are in no hurry to call back.
The last straw with them was when I called for service and had to wait a week for the appointment. They called at 5:00 on the Friday before to reschedule that appointment. They didn’t care that I waited a week for service or that I was a loyal customer. DO NOT USE this company.

I have used Spark for several electrical projects. They are always easy to schedule and super professional and skilled on the job. They have been fair with their pricing and always quick to respond and get someone out to the house. So glad to have discovered this fantastic company!

Contacted Spark electrical because my bathroom exhaust fan was not working. They contacted me via text. We made an appointment for the next morning for someone to come out to give me a free estimate. Bryan was on time and came prepared.

He took apart the fan and determined the fan was not the problem, but the switch. This House was built in the 50s and has a double switch which he didn’t have on his truck. Bryan went to get the part and replaced the switch. Spark electrical quickly assess the problem and fixed it. Bryan was professional and courteous and a great representation for the company. I would definitely use them again.

Hands down BEST prices in town. Pilot company in the Christmas lighting business. Decided to give them a try.

I asked for a combination of white/red lights and SPARKS did well to make it happen. Even went the extra mile to stake down some other holiday figures we wanted placed in the yard. They strive to do it right.

I had a great experience with Spark Electrical Solutions. They were quick to work with me on scheduling and getting me an honest estimate. In fact it ended up being cheaper than I expected and their price was way lower than the other companies I called. The electricians that arrived were nice and professional. They didn't mind me asking questions or helping me understand what they were doing. Overall it was a quick and easy process. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Had Chris on my property to install a Ring camera, and he did a great, professional job. He was very mindful about making the wall look nice where he has to run the wiring, and cleaned everything up on completion. I highly recommend Chris and Spark.

Estimates, scheduling, and invoicing is all made easy. Will definitely hire them again and suggest anyone else with a project, big or small, hire these guys.

Warning ⚠️ stay away!!! I had Chris come out to repair several items such as switching over the outlets to GFCI, repairing the exhaust vent in the bathroom, and repairing and labeling our breaker panel per the inspection report due to the buyer's request. Chris had to come back twice to make the repairs. Only for us to pay him multiple times for the same job for the job to remain incomplete. Beware, he refused to give an invoice for the work that should have been completed, would only accept payment via Venmo, and decided to block us because we requested an invoice per the buyer's request to close. Not to mention, he has since deleted his Venmo account as well. Very sketchy. There is so much more to add but trust me when I say.. Stay far away!

Bryan came out and knocked out the 2 projects we had; installing a Broan 21-inch Built-in Hood Insert over the stove and then one of the outside porch lights needed rewiring. He did a great job, was very knowledgable and nice and a pleasure to be around. The company seems very efficient at getting the work orders dispatched and we would definitely use them again, and recommend to friends and family.

This is a fantastic company, and I can't recommend them enough. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are safe and taken care of. Everyone we dealt with was professional, kind, and service oriented. We will be using them for all our electrical needs, and are very grateful for their hard work and diligence.
