Diagnosed and repaired the problem where as others still playing the guessing game and wanting to charge for something that didn't need to be done. Excellent response from Spark when I reached out via Thumbtack. Easy to schedule and work with pricing. The technicians were friendly and explained the process when they upgraded the panel to add another 240 V port needed for home vehicle charger station. We plan to use Spark Electrical again for other electrical work.

I really liked the technician, Levi Whitaker, who was very patient and helpful. What I feared might be a serious problem with my wiring turned out to be nothing to worry about. He took the time to make sure there were no hidden problems elsewhere. Everyone there seems to be very kind, pleasant and professional. If I have further problems, I’ll call them again.

We had a new breaker panel installed and electricity run to an outbuilding and a pergola. The electricians and their assistants were very friendly and professional. They gave informative explanations and were willing to answer any questions. They worked extremely hard and did an excellent job. The office contact, Kara, was always very courteous and kind.

I was happy with how the estimate went but very unimpressed with the appointment for the actual repair showed up almost 2 hours late with no communication from the electrician even saying he would be late!! No one answered at the office took almost a hour to get a call back. When the electrician did show up he was quite rude and barely spoke to me!! He did get my grandma's yard light fixed but his attitude was quite unprofessional!! After speaking with the owner a few days later. I gave them a better rating because he seems to really care about their customers. Probably still won't use them again but I appreciate the way he handled it.

Chris arrived on time, and completed a very professional installation of our ceiling fan/light fixture. We just found our new Electrician source! So pleased.
