Mike is an amazing tech I really appreciate his knowledge and willingness to work on different types of air-conditioning units. Tom has a great company and crew couldn't be more grateful for them coming out in the extreme weather to get the units serviced every time we had an issue. I have been using them for over 2 years now they have another loyal customer.

The crew had to remove an old system to make way for the new one. Took longer than they had planned but they stayed on the job without any breaks that I saw.

I called Smart Air Solutions looking for a furnace part that was discontinued. Although I never paid for any service or contracted for anything, Tom was incredibly nice and helpful and called around for an hour seeing if anyone still had the part. I would absolutely go back to Smart Air if I had another HVAC issue because the customer service was so good and the technician was so knowledgeable.

Seth was fantastic! I asked for an early afternoon timeline and he called me right at noon to see if he could come over and he was there waiting for me when I got home from work. He did superb work tuning up our AC unit and took the extra time to show me what he was doing, explaining what he was checking for, and also offered great advice on some routine maintenance items I can do to maximize my system’s performance and longevity. Overall, couldn’t be happier with the service! Will definitely be using Smart Air Solutions again!!

Excellent service, I had call several companies , smart air came right out and fixed it in less time, with no red tape. And the gentleman that done the work was awesome a true man and honest.

Had an issue with my AC unit and within less than an hour after my call, service tech Justin was at my house and had the problem identified in less than 5 minutes and repaired in same amount of time. He was very thorough and during his inspection found and fixed another issue that could have turned into a much larger issue. I highly recommend Smart Air Solutions, LLC! I’m a customer for life!

Fantastic service from Tom! Our AC quit working during a heat advisory. Smart Air came out, repaired the unit, and had the house cooling within an hour of our call.

Well, I needed my Nest thermostat reconnected to WiFi AND reconnected to my phone so I can operate it remotely and Brody (the technician that came out) was courteous and friendly and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time (15 minutes or so) but then proceeded to charge me $150 for coming out. I haven't had to have anything done like that recently but I feel like that was WAY too much for the brief amount of time that he was there! I know he doesn't set the price so I think the company might need to rethink their pricing because I certainly won't use them again if they think their brief time of service is worth that much money.

3 days before the expected January 2026 cold snap, our furnace unexpectedly failed to ignite. Smart Air sent a tech out to diagnose the problem. The issue was traced to a faulty valve but replacing it caused a chain reaction of sorts. The new electrical component inside the new valve put stress on the 16 year old circuit board and caused it to fail after a couple of startup cycles. Having an electronics background, I've seen this type of behavior dozens of times so it was decision time.
Instead of throwing good money after bad we opted to go ahead and replace the entire 16 yr old HVAC system which was already running on borrowed time.
Mike, the lead tech, and his crew got us squared away with a much nicer and more energy efficient system in one working day.
Mike is no longer just a tech. He is a new and trusted friend. I whole-heartedly endorse SmartAir for any HVAC issues you need addressed.

We use Bowen for all of our Heat and Air services. Great people, quick service and very knowledgeable.
