This company is very prompt and efficient. They take the stress away with their quick scheduling, they arrive on time, and get straight to work so you’re not without AC. Brandon is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain and troubleshoot your issues. He is very trustworthy and we trust him with all of our HVAC needs.

Brandon was right on time and fixed my A/C problem quickly. He gave me some helpful tips to keep my HVAC running smoothly. He's very knowledgeable and has a great personality too. Plus he is honest, has a reasonable maintenance fee and doesn't try to fix anything that's not broken.

The Refrigerated Bear has once again proven his superior skills, professional ethos and customer care. Our unit was struggling a bit and Brandon came and started diagnosing. I am part of his service membership which is money well spent as he becomes very familiar with our machinery and its trending performance. Brandon took a very methodical approach with advisement and education every step of the way and after some high level application of knowledge and diagnostics the issue was diagnosed, part installed and the system back up and performing.

Other vendors would have cost me thousands of dollars with selling me something that right now I don’t need.

I write this review with no hesitation recommending The Refrigerated Bear to all.

Great experience.
Refrigerated Bear is the only business that discussed with me the phase out of 410 and the new 454 refrigerant coming in the fall.
They were also very respectful and responsive. I am confident and comfortable with my choice and look forward to doing future business with them.

ETA: Brandon messaged ahead for the Fall maintenance, came over to check the furnace and provided information on how I could save money and replace a smaller part myself! Great guy. Great, honest business.

Brandon and his crew went above and beyond!!! Brandon is an honest down to earth guy who makes sure you get what you need and very professional in making sure to take extra care with the whole process. I will share this company with each and every person looking for an amazing heat and air company.

Called other AC companies that said it would be a week before they could come fix our AC issue. My wife called this company after a recommendation and they were out to our place the same day. He knew exactly how to fix the issue and had it back working within five minutes.

We hired this company to complete two furnace installs. Neither one of the installs functioned or worked, yet they still demanded to be paid and refused to fix the situation.

Now they're threatening to call in code violations on our other properties if we file a complaint. Kind of wild.

Ultimately, we ended up having to hire another company to complete the work.

Just an overall great experience! Couldn’t recommend refrigerated bear enough! Had him work on an older True brand bar cooler!
