Genesis Electric has done work at both my office building and home and they are always on time, do what they say and communicate with me about the project and leave the space very clean. I highly recommend them for any electrical items you need help with.

I called Friday December 11th to set up a time for an estimate on multiple panel upgrades. I was told the appointment window would be 9-11 a.m on Monday December 14th. I received a text confirmation which stated "Hi Tony, Evan Dawson from Genesis Electric is scheduled to arrive Mon, Dec 14 at 9:00am." On Monday, at 10:17a.m. I decided to call just to double check on the appointment. I was told "Yes, we're still set to arrive by 11. He actually should be there very shortly." Noon came and went. 5p.m. came and went. Now it's the following Friday. I still have not received a call acknowledging the missed appointment, an offer to reschedule, or an apology. I EVEN CALLED TO REMIND THEM! Good thing I always get 2-3 estimates, at least I ended up with one who actually bothered to show up (and was perfectly on time). I understand small jobs can get pushed aside, but my job wasn't small. I'll be paying $4,000 to someone else. If you can't be trusted to show up for an estimate, how can you be trusted for the actual repair? More importantly, how can you be trusted if and when you're needed to stand behind your work (warranty)? Look elsewhere for your electrical needs.

Evan Dawson and his team at Genesis Electric are one of only a few contractors that my wife and I recommend. Evan got our 1900 craftsman-style home completely rewired several years ago, and we’ve continued to have him back for other projects. He does great work at a very fair price and professional all the way, from start to finish. We really wish there were more business owners like him.

After a seamless duct and vent installation, our home feels like a new place. The team arrived promptly and worked efficiently, completing the job in just over four hours. They took the time to explain the process and answered all our questions with patience. It's clear they take pride in their work, as everything was left clean and tidy. We're already noticing an improvement in air quality and can't recommend them highly enough.

I was at Home Depot during Black Friday and they had an Amazing Promotion on an HVAC Tune-up. I purchased the Tune-up for my Heater even though it still was working but it had been awhile since it had been checked. I was notified by Snow Bear that a technician was coming to my house and the appointment time as well a confirmed date. This morning I received a text message letting me know the time slot and the tech's name was on his way. The tech showed up on time and was very professional. He asked to see the Heater to check it out and went to work. He checked out my connections, made sure the unit was functioning properly and saw a small issue that recommended to be cleaned but that was the service I paid for.. Great Job Michael for what you did and Thank you for being very upfront and Professional on the Service call. Keep up the Great work.

My AC/HVAC froze up and I called and was really surprised. I received same day service, and the scheduler was very kind and informative. Joey and Kenny came out on time and explained everything to me. I felt heard and they made sure I understood and they explained everything in a way I could understand. They were very professional, helpful, and kind. I will continue to use them for my tune ups and other services.

Heat wouldn't come on so I called at about 3:15 PM on a Wednesday expecting to make an appointment and possibly have to wait a day or two. They were at my house in 45 minutes from the time I called and did an excellent job. Kenny the tech was extremely helpful and even taught me a bit about my heating system.

These guys provide great service! We were out of town and came home to AC out on a Sunday afternoon and they got us up and running on a 102 degree day! Thanks Joey for understanding the urgency and being so professional and helping us on your day off! Fully recommend using their service. Fair prices for anSunday as well, which is hard to find!

Spoke with the owner update: he's retraining techs to do more diagnostic tools to test for other issues that might need more investigation and trying to make it right. I'm hoping this might help others from having the experience that we had with having to repeatedly call techs out for the same issue that went unresolved. I still have reservations about the techs themselves, depending on the person since there were a few that did try and figure it out. This training is a good first start.

We had our ac installed June 29th off 2023. They came out same day and installed a new American standard unit. Last year had no major issues with the unit. This year it has shut off randomly at least 10 times for no apparent reason. We paid to have our condenser line from the pump to outside flushed and had repeat issues since that wasn't the issue. Another tech moved the pump from the drain since he thought the vibrations from the pump were triggering a safety mechanism. It had stopped working yet again. The last tech shoved the breaker box door so far into it when closing the breaker box that my husband had to completely remove the door to get the box open at all to check it. The tech just left and of course they find nothing and charge a 99 dollar service fee. I'm moving to a new company for this unit to get looked at because I can't go without an ac unit with a 1 yr old. This company seems ok for install and the following year for minor issues that aren't intermittent, but beyond the 1 yr warranty go with a vendor on the American standard website that would have more training on these units since the failure rate seems higher Than the older ones.

Had our ac go out and needed a replacement with a 2 week old at home. They came out same day and replaced it and made sure we were safe and ready to go by end of day. Cannot tell you how much we appreciate this!

We had problems with our a/c unit cooling yesterday and I called late in the day and they arrived promptly and on time this morning. The repairman, Perry, was very knowledgeable and professional and got us up and running in no time. Thanks to all at Safe Air Solutions for the prompt response in this heat.

Joey called me first thing in the morning the day after requesting a repair and scheduled my appointment with me the same day. He was on-site within the given ETA.
He was straight forward with the issue, and even educated me along the way, by showing me the bad part and explaining why it is not functioning as was expected.
Same day replacement for the part in my unit, and now my AC is working as it should be. I would definitely recommend this company.

Ac decided to not blow cold air like it use to on a Saturday night so gave Smart Air a call. They weren't able to get someone out that night but first thing Sunday morning Chris showed up! Chris was on time, explained everything thoroughly and got me and my family back to getting cold air consistently. Well priced, very professional and courtesy! Will definitely be calling Smart Air again for my HVAC needs!

Logan was completely honest and upfront about the costs and supplies needed. He even came to my house at a moments notice at 8 pm on a weeknight and didnt charge me extra for that. This was the first time I used this company and this is the ONLY company I will call for my AC repairs from now on. Extremely top notch!
