This is one of the "Best" Heat & Air company's in OKC. Very patient and courteous.

The most friendly and reliable ac guys. My land lord is the one that uses them. However if I owned they would always be my first call. I trust these guys completely to be in or around my home unsupervised.

Called D&D when our A/C went out on a blistering hot day. They managed to get to our house the same day and get everything fixed up quickly. Great service!

I had a spa day....I was feeling so relaxed after moving in to my new house. It is a lot of work But when I came home my poor dog was panting the thermostat wasn’t working it’s a 100 degrees inside the house. I called one place before these guys but was sent to auto message. These guys picked up right away and was a real person. He was here to save us within 30 minutes. I don’t think we would of survived this heat. Thank you for saving us today I honestly don’t think we would of made it. Very responsible and genuine folks here! I am so thankful and grateful for the help today.

I've contracted with D&D heat and air for the company I work for as well, I use them personally. They have done tons of work for me ( I have a dozen ac/heaters at my job) both commercial and residential and they are hands down the best hvac company around. Professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond and affordable. If you hvac problems D&D heat and air is the way to go!

Cannot recommend D&D enough! My husband first used them to service our furnace and they have been our go to ever since. They have always been reliable, quick to service, great communicators, and have also always been fair priced.

Brandon is always super knowledgeable! He is truthful about what needs to be fixed or serviced. We signed up for the maintenance program back in late June, and just had our unit serviced for the winter. I will only do business with The Refrigerated Bear.

Brandon is always prompt and very knowledgeable. He works with you to develop a plan that the customer is comfortable with. He also sure up little things he sees to prevent future issues.

He came out one evening after 9 pm to fix my air con when it decided it didn’t want to cool anymore. Had the unit fixed in no time. The price was all right. Brandon is a sweet caring young man.

My wife and I were absolutely amazed. After over 2 yrs of what we were told was a non working system, struggling through several summers, having to rely on portable acs. Brandon started out with what was supposed to be a free estimate then at my request became a service call and fixed my HVAC system and made it totally livable again. Instead of being talked into having to replace the entire system, he diagnosed the actual cause and fixed our system. Thank you so much we will be calling you again for any additional work and spring tuneup. Definitely recommend this company for all you're needs

Brandon came out and serviced my unit for the upcoming summer, was on time to the appt, professional, and very thorough. My unit is running better than ever and we will be using them again in the near future. Highly recommend!

Had A/C unit checked because used to have maint. agreement with Gordon's Service Experts & was always pressured to buy stuff thru scare tactics & was told year so ago I was low on R22 coolant which was obsolete & needed new unit to be paid & serviced by them for ten years, told them were crazy in head & canceled them!! Wanted someone to check my unit & tell me truth!! I'm beyond thrilled with Brandon & his company!! He explained a lot to me, cleaned my dirty compressor & I didn't need any stinking coolant, R22 which is not gone YET but is expensive, so I didn't need ANY!! Gordon's are liars & big talking salespeople!! I'm ecstatic & so happy, such a relief to know!! Thank you so much for your help, info & expert knowledge Brandon & The Refrigerated Bear!! Great tech to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and is able to explain to the rest of the world what your issues are. He has been a great addition to the techs we call for service.

Brandon has serviced 3 locations for me. He is honest, knowledgeable & very reasonably priced. He takes the time to explain any issues. Definitely recommend him for all your heat & air needs.

Took care of the issue. Excellent service. He installed an Scotsman SCN60 ice machine.
Returned for cleaning and prepped AC for summer. Brandon was here today and got 4 units ready for 2025. Excellent service!

I woke up this morning to a humming blower motor. I figured I could repair the issue myself. Went and got a new part. No change.
I sent Brandon a text to see if he could come out soon. It's Sunday, holiday weekend and hot. Not only could he show up, but he showed up 30 minutes after I contacted him. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. He was nice enough to explain to me that the part I purchased myself was incorrect and showed me why it was incorrect. He had the proper part on his truck. 45 minutes later he had me back up and running. Very thankful to have a talent like his in the moore area. Don't hesitate to call them for all of your HVAC needs.
