Comfort Works is top shelf, I’ve had a Geothermal unit for 14 years it’s worked great with very little maintenance. There service and employees are excellent. Great company and Climate Master geothermal is also top shelf!!

In this record cold snap, my water pipe burst in the garage closet shared with the heating unit. The water caused the heater to stop working. I called Comfort Works this morning hoping to get on a repair list for early next week. To my surprise, they scheduled for tomorrow but were able to make it today. Yay! Repair tech Chris was friendly, informative, and knowledgeable! Great experience!!

I was excited to find a service provider with excellent knowledge of my Climate Master Geothermal Unit. They were willing to travel 95 miles to my location and provided excellent service! Thank you Zack for the top notch work! Will definitely call upon you again when the need arises!

At the end of July our unit quit working so we had it replaced. The 2 installers Casey and Brian arrived on time and were efficient in their work. I was very impressed with their speed and quality. I would highly recommend using them to anyone who needs heating or cooling needs.

We just had 2 systems installed by Comfortworks. So far, systems are working very well. It seems the house stays at a more constant temperature and is very quiet. Installation was done extremely well considering how much it entails. The people that did the work were very professional and respectful of the property. They were not in a hurry and seemed to take necessary time to do an expert installation. Chris Ellis was very knowledgeable and professional as was the lead installer, Andy. I recommend Comfortworks if you are considering geothermal based on my experience with this company and with the system performance and installation. I can't say anything about how it heats the house yet, but will update review after we use the heating this winter. If heating is like the experience so far, I expect it will be also very good.

We just completed our new 80k sf building and installed Comfort Works Geo-Thermal system. we've occupied our building for 3 months.
I have been amazed at the system itself. Quiet ,efficient and customer friendly! not to mention the simplicity of the system.
I have been in the working environment for over 50 years. I have never had the pleasure of a nicer bunch of people at Comfort Works to work with. Their attention to detail and customer service exceeds all expectations!
I will be putting one of these systems in my home when my old antiquated furnace goes out.

Hands down the absolute best HVAC company out there for commercial, residential, standard and geothermal units!! We've used them for all of the above. After being taken for rides by several well-known HVAC companies, it is a pleasure to be working with honest folks, who are professional, friendly, and great at communication. Easy to schedule with, fair and reasonable prices, quotes and problems communicated directly with us, fixing problems the first time called, stewards of our money by having almost everything they need on their truck when they show up for a job... it's a breath of fresh air! Recommend them for any job of any size!!

Great service and reasonable prices! Call these guys. Ultra responsive, we had our A/C unit quit working and Chris was quick to respond and come start troubleshooting. He had us up and running again very quickly.

Just wanted to give a big thank you to Allie and Ronnie (my tech). My system has been in service since 2010. I’m a believer, these folks have done nothing but take care of me and my family. Very few calls over the last 14 years. Only three to be exact. It started with Chris E. Sitting down and telling me what he would do, and how would maintain my system. Im so very thankful for all of you at Comfort Works.

My AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. The receptionist was super helpful when I contact the office. Once we discovered we could not fix the problem over the phone she had a tech out the same day...he even came a few hours early. Josh was great!!! Very professional, friendly and overall great to work with. I would definitely recommend their service. I thought, I was going to be without AC for the remainder of the week, but they got me in, up and working.

We were at our WITS END with our local Geo thermal companies as it pertains to the 3 units in our home. After several local repairs failed, we reached out to Comfort Works and thanks to their willing management and Chris (Smileys) impressive tech skills, it appears our problem has been solved. Cant thank them enuf and we will recommend them to anyone who asks!

Comfort Works offers excellent customer service! I’ve used them several times to repair my geo-thermal heat pump. The latest was right in the middle of record cold temperatures. The unit went out overnight. I called them at 8 a.m. the next morning. They showed up in the afternoon and fixed the problem. Their tech, Zach, was knowledgeable and extremely friendly, explaining everything he was doing. I highly recommend this company. When I get ready to replace the unit, Comfort Works will get the job!

I want to give a big thanks to a guy name WES who works for comfortworks…. I had some trouble with my air and he came and got me and my wife handled… if it wasn’t for him helping me with my unit i would probably would be in a hospital somewhere from having a seizure from how hot it was inside my house which was 90 degrees i will be recommending my friends and family + anybody who is reading this to give COMFORTWORKS a try! You want be disappointed i promise thanks again WES!

I usually don’t do reviews but I feel like I need to express my Thx for a Job Will Done by Zach the name of the Technician who came to my house Aug. 2. He was very professional and took the time to check the whole system over from water pressure, water level to Freon pressures. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns with my Climate Master unit. I also would like to Thank the lady who answered the phone that morning sorry I don’t remember your name as she was understanding and very polite, called me when the Technician was on his way to my house. Over all it was one of the best experiences having to call someone to repair my Geothermal System. I will only be using them in the future for all my heating and cooling system repairs. Andy is very knowledgeable and he got me up and running in no time. This whole experience was top tier. I originally called out Another company that didn’t make me comfortable he talked so bad about the geo thermal unit and kept telling me labor would be out the roof. And gave me a quote of $1500 my God. But something told me to call the company that actually placed the unit and by my surprise they knew exactly what to do and did not charge me no where near the original quote.
Allie and Andy have made me a client for life and I’ve already have been referring people to your company.

Great service at a Great price.
My heater went out when the temp was 20 degrees outside, so I was really in a bind. Comfortworks got a technician out and the heat back on in no time. With the frigid temps, I was really at their mercy. But they didn't take advantage & treated me fair. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again for any future heat & air needs.

The 2 men that came out to fix my mother in laws geometry thermal system did a fantastic job . They were respectful and very knowledgeable. They did whatever they needed to to get her house warm again . Thank you Michael and Blake and comfort works.
