Extremely good A/C tune-up price, good service, friendly tech and very very good telephone receptionist. Also the sales adjuster was professional and accommodating when getting an estimate to replace a unit for my mother, we will use again!

About 3 years ago they installed a new heat and air system in my home. Great job. I signed up for their service agreement. Up until this spring it was great. This year they just couldn’t be less interested in doing my service. Apparently they moved from Tecumseh, where I live, to somewhere in OKC. I made an appointment for Wednesday April 18 between 11 and 1. They called to reschedule on that same Wednesday. They asked if they could please come and do the service on Saturday April 21 between 10 and 1. NO SHOW,NO CALL. They called on Monday April 23 to reschedule for that same day between 2 and 4. NO CALL, NO SHOW. Done with them!!!! Don’t expect to get my money back either.

I was very pleased with service tech.Kenny Ramb. He was here in a timely manner and fixed all my problems quickly. Would definitely ask for Kenny in the future and will tell all my friends about Gober Heating And Air. And much thanks to the young lady who took the initial call. Very professional 👏 👌 👍

Our heater went out in the house during a cold snap. Called around and no one could get to me same day. Gober Heat and Air was the exception. They understood how critical heat was with children in the home and got someone out to us quickly. The tech was professional, knowledgeable, cleaned up everything, and it did not cost us nearly what I was expecting for such quick service. They got the heater working again and we have had no problems since they came and fixed it. I would highly recommend their services for any work on HVAC and when it is time to replace my HVAC system, I will only use this company for the work.

Chris and his crew actually did a great job. Had a little issue but they got it fixed immediately and that was appreciated so much. Yes I recommend them and will continue to have my business . Thank you all.

These people are top notch. Made special accommodations so I could get moved into my new home. Kenny did an amazing job even though he experienced some technical difficulties out of his control. He finished the job and left my home in the same condition as when he came in 🤗. The office staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Michelle was on top of her game.

Job involved complete replacement of A/C compressor, evaporator and fan assembly. Billy arrived on time, as scheduled and immediately started work. Complete job finished within 5 hours and system was back in service. Job site was immaculate after he left. Highly recommend Gober to provide quality work at reasonable price

Chris came out and assessed our furnace. Fan motor was locked up. He had one in his van and repaired on the spot. Good price, very knowledgeable, quick service. I’ll use again and recommend.

We had a technician, Kenneth, come out to work on our air conditioner yesterday and he was professional and did his best to resolve our issue. I find the receptionist, Michelle, to be a bit snippy at best but hey, it’s 100 degrees outside so I guess we all can be that way. When I made my concern with Michelle known Dana reached out personally (the residential manager, who has amazing customer service skills) and she made everything alright in my book. Exceptionally reasonable service fee and most employees I have dealt with have been excellent!

My a.c. unit went out on the hottest day of the year. My landlord said she couldn't find anyone so I called around and Gober sent someone out within the hr. It was fixed in about 15 minutes and he charged me just the initial fee to come look at it since it was an easy fix. Would definitely recommend. Very nice people.

Was a completely professional and pleasant experience. Gober has helped me to overcome a bad experience with a home warranty company and have taken proper care of me. Every interaction was pleasant and fruitful. Dana and Michelle (front line scheduler and company interface) were very helpful. Kenny was my Technician and is beyond competent and thourough with each step to replace the compressor. I am confident the system is ready for Okc summer. Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you.

We’ve used Gober Heat & Air for a while now and originally met them at the Home & Garden Show years ago.. Everyone who works there is excellent! They are honest, caring, do excellent work and more. Kenny came out when we thought we had an a/c leak, but he figured out it was a plumbing leak. We are so grateful for his expertise and Gober Heat & Air.

I was really impressed with the courtesy and professionalism that this company showed when I called for help with my air condition system. I spoke with Michelle who was very helpful with understanding my situation and trying to get a technician to come out right away. The technician Kenny didn’t find a problem with the air condition unit but informed me it could be something else and Michelle was kind enough to refer another service to help me especially because our family is new to town, or should I say 41 years back to Oklahoma. I’m happy with their service. It’s politeness like this that I remember about Oklahoma.

As a new customer, I was very happy with Kenny and Gober Heat and AC. They came out quick, were honest, professional and did a great job. Also thought the cost was fair. They’ll be my go to heat and air company now. The lady who answers when you call in is very nice too which I really appreciated. They’ll be coming back for my fall maintenance too.

They came out to fix my furnace during the winter storm this past weekend. And I was so grateful because our house was at 48°. They were so understanding and so friendly over the phone. The technician managed to fix our system in less then an hour. I could not be more thankful for the great work they did. Great company. They will be my 1st call from now on.

First, lets say we were let down by several companies prior to meeting James who listened to my barrage and seemed genuie in his responses. He got a quote out quickly and was rewarded the job. Was on site within 24 hours. Called with schedule, etc. Jason was the onsight tech who after talking with him, had just started with Gober on Monday. He hung in there and swapped out unit top to bottom in one day! And then called 2 days after install to see how it was working, imagine that! I give Grober a 5+ rating and hope to do business with them in the future.
