I called Elizondo this morning as my tenant said their A/C wasn't cooling. They were very happy both with the speed of service, and the professionalism of the technician.

I definitely recommend Mrs Elizondo air. The services i received was and it's amazing. .giveva lot of options on payments and he dd a awesome job putting my new central unit.

This company is great, they made this fix a completely painless process. I had been dealing with my AC tripping my circuit. Jose came out the same day I called. He did an extremely thorough diagnostic and found all kinds of issues. Miguel gave me a rundown of all the issues and how they would fix them. He told me part costs and gave me an estimated cost immediately. The issue was fixed the very next morning, for an extremely fair price. I will be using them for any future HVAC service needs and I would highly recommend them!!

What wonderful people! During below 0 temperatures, my heater stopped working. Elizondo Air called me back within a hour and were at my door 30 minutes later! Unheard of service. Extremely professional . Efficency in finding the problem was incredible. Dedication to explaining and fixing the problem was both comforting and reassuring. I had no doubt I was in great , knowledgeable hands. Again, temperatures were in the negative and this wonderful man not only took the time to fix the problem, but took the time to ensure no future problems would happen. Excellent service. I highly recommend this company. They install a brand new central unit. It works awesome. On this past winter storm I didn't have any issue with my heat. My electric bill wasn't high. They told me the unit will save me money and it really does. Thank you Elizondo Air.

Wow! What an amazing experience! This company takes customer service to a whole different level. From the moment they came to inspect my old unit they were very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They gave me the best price in town to replace my Heat & Air system. They did an outstanding job and worked around my schedule. On top of that they have amazing customer service. I will be recommending them to my family and friends and will recommend them to anyone else. You will be happy you hired them for the job.

They went above and beyond. They overhauled our system today, new ducting, coil and return air intakes. They new right away we had a poor improper installation and corrected it. Our house is cool now and it feels great. Thank you Elizondo Air!

UPDATE: This review is specific to ClimateMaster products. The company oddly was able to get Google to delete their individual listing......soooo....... I'm adding this review to the parent company. While I'm updating this, I can add additional experience with their products because we're still experiencing issues and most recently had to replace another entire unit. So to date, we have replaced 2 of the 3 entire units on a house. The lifetime of their insanely expensive equipment didn't last 5 years before MAJOR issues started and eventually required complete replacement in under 15 years!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: What a complete disaster their systems are. The initial install is expensive with the expectation that the equipment is high quality, reliable and manufactured by a company that stands behind their product. WRONG! We have had NOTHING but trouble with constant issues - deteriorating coils and parts. Some issues were covered by warranty but the new parts were just as bad as the originals and they are not covered. $$$BUYER BEWARE$$$

Absolutely the best HVAC service we have ever had! In the five years we have been in our home we have had six different contractors out to work on our AC & furnace units. Josh was prompt, polite, clean, honest & fixed lots of mistakes made by others. We are customers for life!

They were very prompt. The technician was very diligent to check everything and diagnosed a problem we were aware of but did not know the source. When he was through I felt like we had a very good check-up and the problem area (which had been fixed by someone else earlier) was fixed better than ever before.

Gober Heat & Air has provided great service for my family and extended family for years. The employees go out of their way to provide great customer service. The first time I used the company it was in the middle of the summer and I had a house full of kids with no air conditioning. They came out that day and took care of the problem with exceptional service and great pricing. I didn't even hesitate two years later when I was out of town and I had a smoked filled house when the heater went out to call them for assistance. My daughters were home and I trusted the employees to do what needed to be done while I was away. I highly recommend this company for any of your heat and air needs. Very trustworthy and efficient company!
