1 degree outside with sleet and snow on the streets. Eddie fixed another heat issue. I am very very impressed. I have found my HVAC company!

Our Company in Stillwater has done business with the Advantage store in Stillwater for many years. They've always provided top-notch service, excellent & trained technicians, and quite frankly have always exceeded our expectations. Then, because we live in Edmond, we started using Comfort Advantage in Oklahoma City for our home. We're so glad that the Sorrell family now has Comfort Advantage Heating & Cooling here in OKC. They continue to exceed expectations. We have their Advantage Plus maintenance program and have had to call them a couple of times with heating issues. They are quick to respond & best-of-the-best in what they do. And very reasonable. Highly recommend from our POV.

I have used Advantage for a number of years on my residential and investment properties. There are always very courteous and prompt in working me in and providing the needed services and their price is very reasonable. Eddie has always gone above and beyond in order to make sure everything is done properly. They’re an excellent company to deal with.

I’m not recommended, They come to serviced my A/C but it does not working right and I tried to contact them, and they said will charged for service when they sent some one out, even they came before and did not fix the problem, all the job won’t have any warranty - BAD SERVICED

As I sit here in a nice cool room with a happy wife sitting next to me, I want to thank the team for getting everything you guys did. It was so hot and my wife cannot do heat for very long. She gets sick. Chuck and the team worked very quickly to get our new unit installed. Our old unit was 18 years old and really not worth trying to repair. Each time the new unit kicks on with cool air, she smiles and says it is so nice to not worry about the air anymore. We will always refer our friends and family to Advantage.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this A/C service. The appointment was delayed, the diagnosis felt inaccurate, and the A/C stopped working again shortly after the repair. Customer service was not helpful when I followed up. Very frustrating experience.All jobs won’t have any warranty at all

Very disappointed with the A/C service. The technician came but doe not have enough tools, did not clearly explain the issue, the problem was not fixed, after the visit, the A/C still not work properly. Not worth the money, and all jobs won’t warranty.

I have been using A Advantage for all of my heat and air needs one of my favorite things about them is the maintenance program that’s very affordable they come out twice a year and look over everything. This time I had the pleasure of having Michael out he did a wonderful job.
