Called in the morning and they were finished with the job around lunch! Excellent service and very knowledgeable techs. Walked me through the parts of the system and where the problem was. Mekko was professional and polite from start to finish. Started and ended the job with a handshake which is hard to find anymore!

My service tech, Daniel, was prompt and professional. He was friendly and answered all of my questions. I really appreciate the responsiveness of Comfort Inc. They have always delivered on service and no surprises on cost. Basically they are dependable and they do what they say hey are going to do. This is definitely my HVAC company and the one I will refer to friends and family.

My sister has used Comfort Incorporated for years and they came highly recommended. My husband and I had a new heat and air system installed one year ago and have been extremely pleased with the system and the service Comfort Incorporated has provided. We made a great decision selecting Comfort Incorporated!

I made an appointment for 8:30 am on a Tuesday with a man named Trent. By 8:45 am he was not there yet. I called Comfort Incorporated and spoke with their customer service team and they said I was not on the schedule and they couldn’t get a hold of Trent. I had to take time off of work for this meeting with him and I wasted a ton of gas. Very unprofessional.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Comfort Inc. The staff is friendly and helpful. What started out as a very frustrating situation was met with caring people who understood my situation. When they came for instillation they took great care to be clean and considerate of the house. They informed me every step of the way during the process. Just a great group of people to work with. Not to mention a great furnace!

I called them and needed someone ASAP, it's hot... they came same day even though they were booked. The service technician was excellent! he was very friendly, clean and professional. My only complaint is their pricing. 242 to fill my ac with freon, yes it was 2/3's empty but I still feel like that was high. The leak wasn't fixed because that would have been another 160. I just have to pray that it will last until next year. Overall I liked the company but again I was a little unsatisfied with their pricing.

Of course, as soon as it turned cold, I went to turn on our furnace only to find out it was creating a very loud noise due to a very bad problem. I called Comfort Inc to come out and they sent Daniel. He was very polite, professional, funny, and very knowledgeable. My unit is 30 years old and I didn't want to have to replace it just yet. Even though it was to their benefit and an easier job to replace the unit, they went out of their way to find the only part left in Oklahoma City that fit my unit. It was then repaired and runs like a charm again. Moving forward, I will personally use and refer Comfort Inc to my friends and family. A huge thanks goes out to Daniel and Comfort Inc!

My husband and I have used Comfort Inc. for a few years now & they continue to be helpful as ever. We've been a part of their yearly maintenance program for about 4 years & have really enjoyed the benefits it has offered. While it's only been twice that we've needed to call on them for a service call, each time they come out that same day! Over the weekend our unit had quit working, Monday we discovered the compressor had fried (possibly during a recent lightening storm); luckily the system was still under warranty! The staff at Comfort Inc handled everything with the warranty company and by noon on Wednesday we had a brand new AC unit outside & a cool home.
The staff, both service technicians & office, are always friendly. One of the managers, Todd, is always super personable and easy to work! If you're thinking about joining a maintenance program or are currently having central heat & air issues, I recommend giving these guys a call.

My family and I have used Comfort Incorporated for over 6 years. Comfort Incorporated has done work on 5 different homes for us. As a home builder, we have utilized this company for our new builds as well. The customer service has always been exceptional; they go above and beyond to make sure we are aware of price, what work is being done, and they gladly answer any questions we may have. We were always treated with respect from the owner and technicians. If you are looking for a heating and air company in the Oklahoma City metro area, I highly recommend Comfort Incorporated.

My heater went out and I called CAH&C as they were recommended to me from a friend. They got me scheduled within 24 hours. Then had my bad motor and board replaced quicker than quoted. Price was nice too. Thanks to Austin for coming out and fixing me up.

We had some issues with our furnace. They ended up trouble shooting the issue and they needed to replace a part.
However, the new part they installed was faulty out of the box.

They came out very quick to fix the issue and stood by their work without any additional fees. Austin was the technician, and you could tell that he really took pride in his work and cared about what he was doing. He takes the time to show you and explain things to you.

I'll definitely be calling them again.

These guys are excellent! I signed up for their Comfort Club service 3 years ago & have been very pleased with it. They come out twice a year to check over the systems & replace the filters. They even fill out the paperwork for me to mail in to ONG to receive an annual rebate for getting the furnace tuned up! The once or twice I have had trouble with one of the systems they have been out the same day to fix it.

This year I needed to replace a system. :( Todd, one of the managers, came to my home & did some calculations and provided me with multiple options that would best fit the area. He found me an awesome deal on a new top of the line inverter system for nearly the same price as a traditional fixed speed system. Install was quick & easy, no mess! Other than a now cool home, I would have never known they were here.

Definitely worth a call the next time you need your heat/air services!

Excellent Service, they are expertise of their job. 3 years ago they installed a new high efficiency furnace and they are the ones who has been doing the maintenance on our furnace. Richard was our first contact for the estimate and installation, he thought us a lot what we need what we dont and what is best for our needs in our home. He came and inspected himself as well after the installation. After the installation, 3 years he provided best service with his top of the line crew. His company and service they provide amazing, trustworthy and they are definitely the most honest. Today Daniel was our service provider from ComfortOK team, he did an amazing job by showing up on time, informing and explaining about what was the maintenance about, what he has done and the importance of the periodic maintenance. I do appreciate their business and service. They do care about their Public reputation and definitely care about customer satisfaction!!!

Very thorough diagnostic. Took the time to research warranty information and applicability to my component. The part was still under warranty greatly reducing repair cost. Very knowledgeable and professional service team.

Great response time, let us know where the tech was and when to expect arrival. Eddie did a great job and kept us informed and educated how the systems worked. He was good and easy to talk with.

I called Comfort Advantage for a problem with one of my heating units. They came promptly, and diagnosed the problem. It’s an older unit so they had to find a part and came back the next day and repaired it. I use them all the time for my heating and air-conditioning problems, and I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Eddie was very thorough and detailed out everything that they would do and how long it would take. Most importantly, he listened to what we wanted and the problems we were having. The installation crew was amazing and efficient.

Our AC went out and Advantage gave me three options that were reasonable estimates for the work and equipment needed. I appreciate their honesty and speed of putting my new system in.
We are old and couldn't do without AC for long when it was in the high 90s. I especially want to thank Eddie Wilds for taking care of us in our need.

Techs Gabriel and Cruz did a great job. Very polite and respectful (I'm 73). I continue to be very pleased with Comfort Advantage and look forward to their great service in the future.

Eddie always does the BEST job! Eddie has been doing work for me for almost 10 years and has always been amazing! Great customer service and does incredible work. Highly recommend to all!

Eddie came to do our estimate & was honest, straightforward & super friendly. The crew had a big job pulling & reseating our furnace, replacing the plenum, ductwork, & rerouting the vent through the roof in the attic. Very professional, thorough & courteous. They cleaned everything up & verified proper operation of before leaving. 5 stars from me!
