My experience with Air Conditioning Service Inc. was great from start to finish. My heater stopped working and they were able to get a tech out quickly. He diagnosed the problem right away, explained everything clearly, and had the parts with him to fix it on the spot. The customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this company if you need your heat or AC serviced.

Have used Comfort Incorporated for a number of years. They know their business and are very responsive. They've taken care of my most recent problem.

This has to be THE WORST customer experience i've ever gotten in my LIFE!! i called to schedule an appointment as a paying customer and get completely shut down and told that they will not service me, than the owner, a mr. Steven i believe calls me back as requested, and showed me no care in the situation, asked me if i felt better after complaining. well no, i do not.. also tells me that the wonderful thing about america is that i can find service elsewhere.. well yea i am absolutely going to find service elsewhere!! after being treated like that, i'm going to make sure that this company gets no business!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

so i filed a complaint yesterday, and i guess that no one at this company cares enough to do anything about it?? sounds like i'm putting up another bad google review and i'm calling carrier to file a second complaint on this company, this will continue until i feel like this company has proven themselves different with your customer care

Mekko was extremely knowledgeable and efficient with his repair. I would recommend Comfort Incorporated for any of your A/C or Heating repairs. We will definitely use them in the future.

I am a return customer that has received great service each time I have either called or had a service tech out. Thank you Todd and Mekko. Mekko took the time to explain the problem and what he did to fix it.

Had them come out to check for air leaks in my house. Paid $125 for them to use the thermal gun. They told me I needed to install another air return and that they would get back to me with an estimate. This was in January. I've called them twice and still have not heard back.

These guys beat all the competitors prices, found a system I wanted that don't normally carry, and worked very hard to put a system in a difficult small space. I will ask for help from them again. Good Job Comfort Incorporated.

I called around noon for a loss of all heating in my home. The temp in my house was 51 degrees. Mekko arrived at my home and just wanted to talk about what was happening with the system. After lisrening, he grabbed his tools and came in to look at the system.
This guy was amazing. He explained, specifics on what was happening with the system. He did a few tests and found the problem was a bad fan motor. He did not try to sell me a $5000 (or more) replacement system for my 12 year old unir. He did not try to tack on a bunch of nonsense. He for the quotes and we got the repair done. When he re-installed the fan assembly, it was somewhat louder some noise that he was not satisfied with. He pulled everything back out and made some adjustments until the sound he heard had gone.
Menlo was nor only a consummate professional but very knowledgeable and courteous. He displayed a great deal of honesty and integrity as well. This company supports military veterans as well.
Will not ever use any company for HVAC needs other than Comfort Inc.

Had them come out to look at replacing a duct. They were two hours late, and then once they came the guy looked at everything and said he would talk to his boss and get back with me. It’s been weeks now and of course he didn’t get back to me. They advertise that they offer duct replacement, but in reality if the job requires anything other than selling you a new unit, they want nothing to do with it. Sad the HVAC industry has turned into such a scam, atleast in Oklahoma City.

Comfort Inc. responded quickly to my request for a replacement condensing unit by surveying my existing equipment and giving me several options without trying to sell me something i did not need. Price was very competitive and equipment was installed in a timely manner.

I am on the plan that schedules someone to come out to maintain my heater and air-conditioner with the turn of each season.

This will be my third season with them and I couldn't be happier.

Never pressured to buy anything (that would be a deal breaker for me).

Mekko thoroughly checked my heating unit this trip and he was very thorough. In addition, he washed the filters in my outdoor air-conditioning unit since the season for that is winding down.

I strongly recommend them and I couldn't be happier with the service Mekko provided.

Comfort Incorporated Oklahoma City responded immediately to my service request. Todd sent their technician, Mekko D., who efficiently and professionally evaluated and repaired my out door central heating unit (the temp outside was 6 degrees). I had heat to my home in the very minimum of time. In all regards, as far as I am concerned, the standard in heat and air service, is set by Comfort Incorporated.

I moved back to OKC in January, coldest month of the year, and my heating system even though it was brand new was not working very well. It was soooo cold. I Googled and found someone who does "energy audits" on homes and they were the only one that came up. I called, they came out and they were wonderful. Truly! They used a special camera that shows where the cold is coming in as well as inspected the duct system and the mechanical parts of the whole A/C/heating system. They found lots of things wrong and one was that they system had not been permitted nor inspected by the City and was a big mess. It would not have passed inspection. I showed the builder the report and they jumped on getting it fixed right away.
Todd, the guy that did the inspection was super nice and even though the builder didn't elect to use their firm to replace the duct work he was willing to talk to the people who did do the work and tell them his thoughts on it all. Free!!!! He returned my calls on a timely basis and was just so helpful on the whole project.
I, most definitely, will call on them and refer them anytime I get the chance. Hi quality work, hi level of business ethics.

Daniel was punctual and professional. He quickly found the problem and repaired my AC unit. The charge was fair and the whole experience was great. I will use Comfort Inc. again

Whenever I need them, they are typically there with same day service. We’ve had a few issues over the years with our system and they’ve been able to resolve each one.

So nice! I've had some bad feelings about other companies but Eddie was amazing and made me feel like I could trust him. He put my mind at ease.
