My roof needed repairing due to Oklahoma weather but my insurance wasn't cooperating in a timely manner. Eric was sure to keep on them. When insurance came back with a lower estimate than necessary Eric came back to the house and took his own photos and spoke with the adjuster himself in order to get me the proper amount. Very thankful for all he and his Exclusive team for their hard work. Roof was off and back on, ceiling replaced in a day!!

Exclusive Roofing replaced the soffit, fascia and did siding repair on our home. Eric was very easy to get in touch with and was quick to address any question that we had. We were beyond happy with the end results! I will recommend Exclusive Roofing to friends and family!

Eric and his guys were awesome!! I was a little nervous about having my roof done because I had just had a major surgery and didn’t want to have to deal with the insurance company and contractors. I am so glad that I trusted my first mind and worked with Exclusive! Eric handled everything with the insurance! He was always available for questions and he is generally a honest person. Michael did a wonderful job! he answered all my questions—I had more than I should have—and alerted me to some caution tips on what I should watch out for to prolong the life of the unit. I could not be more pleased with his visit and work . He installed new vents I could not do myself, changed the air filters in all units and found a very small leak in the compressor that could have been easily missed. One unit had stopped working a couple of months ago and he had it back up and running in a very short time. He even pointed out a repair that will need to be done by an electrician and was able to make a temporarily fix on the needed repair. I could not be more pleased with his work. He is a very professional, polite and patient young man.

The guys that work for air conditioning service are some handsome sumbitches!

Best service, on time, fixed problem and priced right!

Poor customer service. After numerous years (about 10), changed maintenance contract with no notification. I don't fault them for the change but do for not notifying customers as a courtesy.

Person answering phone was apathetic at best and attempted to indicate it was my fault for not knowing because I didn't prepay in the fall. ???

Our heater was not working and called ACS. The office scheduled us for the next day but then called back and said the weather is supposed to get really cold so can we come tonight. They trouble shot the issue and found a bad thermostat wire and fixed the problem. They stuck around and made sure everything cycled through a couple times and now everything works perfectly. Very professional and friendly and great service. Thank you ACS!!
