Being new to OK I had no idea who to trust when it came to our home AC. All I knew was that I had a live in sauna and when I reached out looking for reputable referrals Brandon reached out to me. He was in contact immediately and not only did he talk me through what to look for via phone to assist me with making a decision before paying for services that may not be needed, he reassured me he would be available after talking with my husband. We decided to use The Refrigerated Bear and he was servicing my AC within 1.5 hrs of me making the call. Not only did he service our AC and get us back up and running but he showed me the parts that were replaced and explained their role in keeping the AC going. We were so impressed with Brandon’s knowledge and service that we decided to enroll in the Maintnance Agreement to help keep our unit up and running all year long!

So impressed with our service. My parents have had constant issues with their furnace and past service providers. They fit us in for a last minute appointment despite the weather and holiday weekend.

They got everything working and at such a reasonable rate. So grateful they were able to take care of them with such short notice.

From the schedule call, to the end of the service visit, it was such a great experience. I can’t say that we have ever had better service and I will be recommending them to everyone. Brandon was on time, polite and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond what we were expecting. I’m so glad to say that we have found our go to!

I had a late night call as my AC stopped working and it had already started heating up at 10:00pm. I was afraid if I waited till the next day it would be worse. He came out within 30 minutes. From start to finish Brandon and his wife were so helpful, nice and really quick and got my husband and myself taken care of with a new capacitor. I had heard good things about The Refrigerated Bear and Brandon and I sure wasn’t disappointed at all and will definitely call him the next time.

Brandon is a true professional. I’ve been in business for 20 years and have never found a capable refrigeration/HVAC pro that stood behind their work like him. Add that he is fair in what he charges, and I can’t see why I would ever call any other service.

Brandon contacted me almost immediately after I messaged him about my issue and was here within the hour. Every step was thoroughly explained and there were no high pressure tactics employed. The issue was resolved in less than an hour and my AC was back up and running. Top tier professionalism and excellent service. I recommend him to anyone needing HVAC work done.

Needed an ice machine fixed. Brandon got us running well. He explained work done in simple terms. His fees have always been fair.

Brandon was incredibly knowledgeable and got our setup fixed right away. Fortunately, I called his business at 8:30am and he was on location by noon the same day while other businesses have the worst wait times! He was so thorough with his task and made sure we understood what to do and expect moving forward. We won't be using anyone else!

Very nice and knowledgeable. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He explained everything in terms I could understand without talking down to me. He offered options and gave his input, and even reprogrammed the thermostat to be helpful. Work was done in a timely manner at a good price. He even showed up on Christmas Eve with a great attitude! Would definitely recommend Brandon.

Amazing company. Came to my rescue more times than I can count. We own a restaurant and something always seems to be “wrong” with our walk in cooler. The refrigerated bear is always super responsive and quick to fix our issue. Highly recommend!
