Josh came out to our home Feb12, 2025. Very professional and personable individual. Did a great job solving our sewer issue and stayed till the job was done. Made a note in company file in case we needed same service again in future. I highly recommend Josh and Mr. Rooter anytime

Josh was outstanding in his diagnosis and fixing our shower tap quickly and cleaned up as well! He was very respectful of our home and put on protective coverings over his work boots.

We called on a Saturday night at 7 pm and they were at our door by 7:20 pm! Fabulous experience and would not hesitate to recommend.

Very professional I called them and they have available very fast service. Was coming a young guy Andrew, highly recommended for the service was taking so time to fix my kitchen sink but , now is working good.

Josh got down to the business at hand first explaining all he would be doing and invited us to ask any questions. he started to work and knew what he was doing. I would ask when I require service again. iYou certainly have a super employee in Josh!!

Not only was the main issue resolved but Mr. Rooter was able to address additional concerns on the initial visit and provide repairs and quotes for future services. All jobs were completed thoroughly and in a timely manner. I would recommend asking for Ryan. He was very thorough in discussing the potential issues, as well as eager to resolve all matters. Pricing was fair. As such, services exceeded my expectations.

Always call Mr. Rooter when I need any plumbing work done. Good work and good prices. Also very friendly people.

Josh came out and explained a few options for us. He was very personable and pleasant. We started with the lowest option which actually worked and cleared our blockage almost immediately. We will now be calling and requesting Josh for all our future needs, but hopefully we don’t have any. Will be recommending him to all our family and friends.

I want to give a shout out to Mr Rooter employees, Jeff, George and Rob.

First to Jeff. One year ago, in August, just before the big flood in Windsor, my drains between the kitchen and the bathroom clogged up (not the first time). I could not get them to move. This was extremely bad as my husband was very ill in a hospital bed in the living room. We called a neighbour, and he could not get it open either. So, I called Mr Rooter for help. But I kept trying to plunge the drains. By the time Jeff arrived (it was not a long wait) I had managed to get the drains running. However, I knew the problem was not going away.

I showed him the tangled mess of old cast iron drains in the basement. He said it was too risky to put a snake down the pipes because of their condition and age. He sold me a $25 bottle of drain cleaner that would not hurt the pipes. It worked, and managed to keep the drains clear for a year. He didn't charge me a service call, and he said when I was ready to give them a call. My husband passed a few days after Jeff's visit.

Fast forward to spring and my second job with Mr. Rooter. I had a bad fall in my back yard which gave me a 3rd degree sprain in my left ankle. I fell while trying to weed whack around a large tree stump root. I contracted a company to grind the stump. Unbeknown to the contractor and myself there was a sewer clean out buried next to the stump. It got damaged. I called Mr. Rooter.

That's when I met Rob and George. They repaired the clean out, and raised it above ground so it could be seen. They also fixed another clean out so that I could open my gate. All for a good price.

I asked them to give me a quote for the replacement of the house drains. They called in their supervisor and between the three of them they made a plan and I had their reasonable estimate in my hand that very day.

I was unable to get the work done right away as I was leaving town, but we scheduled the work for the moment I got back.

Rob and George were punctual, worked all day and took only 1/2 hr lunch and one morning break. They had to demolish an enclosure to get at the pipes. They did this without causing a lot of damage to the surrounding walls. They removed all the old cast iron drains, replaced tub, toilet, and 2 sink drains. They discovered the sinks were not vented, so that task was done as well.

Rob returned the following morning to complete the job. They place was left clean. Amazingly, they came in under budget! Cast iron pipes are unpredictable, and there was a possibility that the main pipe might be clogged all the way under the floor. So they quoted me the worst case scenario. It didn't happen.. They didn't have to break open the floor which saved me $1,200.

I am over the moon happy with the work and the price. These men are polite and hard workers. They cleaned up after themselves. They had my best interest in mind and didn't try to up-sell me. They got what needed to be done, and done in a timely fashion.

They were able to come out within a day to fix our clogged sanitary system. Excellent work and very informative on how to prevent the clog again.

My call was answered promptly. The person who answered was friendly and polite. Answered my concerns and offered solutions that I could understand. The technician came earlier than expected ( with my permission) and explained everything he was going to do. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He did his job very skillfully and cleaned the water that spilled on the floor. He also covered his shoes although I said he didn’t have to. What a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend your services to everyone I know and would absolutely call again should I ever need services again. Thank you so very much!

Josh was very professional and installed our new submersible sump pump. He arrived between 2-4 like he said and had the job completed quickly and with quality in mind.
