We had a great experinece with Mr. Rooter and our technician Paul was a fantastic! We called at 1pm and Paul was here by 2:45 pm! We're extremly satisfied with Paul's work. Would use Mr. Rooter again!

Very good experience. Issue ended up being more complicated than expected but Ryan was so dedicated to figuring out the problem and making sure we would be able to use our plumbing until we can do some larger repairs. So so grateful for all the help, time they spent, and answering all of my many questions!

The Mr Rooter expert (Will) that came to our house was very professional and thorough. We had a plugged kitchen sink with a quirky combination of plastic and copper pipes and crazy tight turns. Will made sure he had the right tools for the job to get it cleaned out. Happy sink!! Thank you Will and Mr Rooter team for being able to come out next day!!!

Kitchen drain not doing it's thing. BAD. Josh and his sidekick came and rooted out the problem with a 50 foot snake. GOOD. I've had Mr. Rooter to my place 4 times over the years and I've always gotten top notch service. Prices are good and the service is better. Don't be a fool by going to a copetitor just call Me Rooter and get the job done right.

I called Northstar Plumbing to install a laundry tub pump. I had purchased the pump, but decided to have it professionally installed. The person who answered my call was polite and courteous. She scheduled a date for the installation within a few days and assured me that I would be contacted before the plumbers were to arrive at my home. The day of the scheduled installation I received a text at 8 a.m. to remind me of the appointment, and that I would be contacted again before the plumbers arrived. Later on in the day I was called by the same person in the office, and told that the plumbers would arrive shortly. They arrived within 10 minutes. The two plumbers, Rick and Mark, started work after discussing the job with me. They had researched the installation and had come prepared with the necessary tools and most of the required parts. They worked quickly and efficiently, and capably solved some unforeseen and unavoidable problems that arose with the installation. Both plumbers were polite and personable. They cleaned up the area after their work. The bill was explained to me in detail and payment was accepted electronically. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Tech was great. He was able to quickly and efficiently fix the problem with the sink. He had all the parts he needed on hand and explained everything he did. Would recommend Northstar to anyone who needs a plumber.

Not only remedied the leak but streamlined a maze of pipes used in a previous dishwasher installation that were unnecessary and the source of the leak. This is the second time we've used Northstar and the service has been fast, efficient, no follow-up issues...and the gal manning the phones on the front line is so pleasant and helpful!

I recently had Northstar Plumbing repair my sewage ejector pump. Their service was excellent. The team was incredibly personable. They were quick to identify and repair the issue, which I greatly appreciated. They left the area clean and tidy, which is always a bonus when dealing with plumbing issues. They did upcharge us an extra $13 for a replacement check valve, which they picked up at Home Hardware up the street. Overall, great service.

Northstar was excellent to deal with. They answer the calls promptly and the services performed quickly. We knew what was happening and when. The young gentleman who came and installed the faucet was knowledgeable and identified and corrected the problem immediately. We would recommend them to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. Many thanks.

If I had another star I would put it up. They had to investigate to get the proper fitting for my shower and they ordered it and were back the next day! They were polite and very thorough in cleaning up.

Hired NorthStar to do plumbing work in two condos as I was unable to do the work myself due to my disability. Richard and his crew were wonderful, very professional and did an awesome job ! Referred by a friend and very happy with the prompt service (next day). Informed by phone the approximate cost for my plumbing issue so no surprises. Plumber arrived as scheduled and was happy to answer my questions-- even had time to address another minor plumbing issue within the hour. Also compared cost of installing a new toilet and found Northstar was offering a fair price. I plan to use Northstar to address my future plumbing needs.

Northstar Plumbing completed my work today ahead of time. I had kitec water pipes & needed all 3 rooms to be redone. They were awesome! They did excellent work, the price was reasonable & I would recommend them to everyone. No mess..

I recently used their plumbing service, and I must say that their work was good. However, I feel it's important to share a heads-up with everyone who's considering their service. They didn't mention it beforehand, but you should be prepared to do some cleaning after their plumbing job. If you had a clogging issue, and something comes out during their work, they'll ask you to handle the cleaning yourself. This ended up costing me an additional $200 to clean up the surface and remove the dirt from the clogging aftermath. Just wanted to share my experience so others can be aware of this aspect before they proceed.

It would be really helpful if your company could clarify what is included and not included in the cleaning after the service when customers book. This way, we can make informed decisions and explore other options if needed. Waiting for another day or two for a cleaning appointment can be inconvenient, especially when we have to deal with the aftermath. Clear communication would go a long way in ensuring customer satisfaction and convenience.

Very Happy. Northstar Plumbing came to repair a job done by another local company (sump pump back up pump was not hooked up properly). They were professional, knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done & completed the job in a timely manner. Left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived! Thank you!

The air conditioning at my personal rental property broke down on one of the hottest days of the year. I called Northstar and they responded right away. Unfortunately, we needed a new part, but they got it installed very quickly and my tenants were happy. Their price was fair, friendly service and of course, very quick to resolve my problem.

We contacted Northstar Plumbing when our old jacuzzi tub was somehow leaking water into the basement below. They responded very promptly and identified the problem with the plumbing fixture and were able to contain the leak and also efficiently took care of couple of other plumbing issues. We appreciated their knowledge and friendly service and would certainly recommend them.

Worked with the team at Northstar to assist with a waterline replacement for my parents Condo. They were amazing, 1st class customer service and work. Site was left spotless, and they were very respectful on site to my parents. I Highly recommend them.
