Expensive and the toilet still leaks at the base.

Edit: After charging $300 to add a flange repair kit and two wax rings while still not fixing the leak, I called back and the plumber said what they actually needed to do a different $700 job to fix it. What a scam. I replaced the wax rings they installed with better ones and that fixed the issue. This whole thing was an expensive lesson for me but I learned it.

They did a good job. Reasonable pricing. They managed to squeeze me in, given the short notice. I am thankful for the excellent job.

Pleasant to deal with all around. Friendly and Efficient. Scheduling and Invoicing process very well organized and easy to understand. Will use again!

Very pleasant experience with MaryJane in reception and our serviceman Rick. Excellent communication. Sadly our issue needed more work than they were able to do, but were given a reference to another specialized service that could do the work. Knowledgeable and friendly, Rick helped us get a quote for further service from this family business.

Called for a leaky pipe, and received a very positive and friendly experience on the phone. They were able to send a tech the same day. I'm pleased with the service and the work was reasonably priced. I would definitely contact Northstar again.

We had a clogged kitchen sink and called Northstar Plumbing. They came the same day and we met Rob. Rob explained to us the process of what work he needed to do. Although the clog was challenging, he troubleshooted and managed to fix the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared tons of advice for us. I learned a lot today and I’m glad we reached out to Northstar Plumbing!

We needed to get our Kitec pipes replaced and after discussing the project with several plumbing firms we decided to go with Northstar and have no regrets about our decision. Richard, Rick, Kevin and the rest of the team were outstanding. Our basement is completely finished so determining where the pipes went was a complex job but Richard and Rick identified exactly where to do the cutting. The team was respectful of our house and made sure that they took all necessary steps to minimize any mess. A very professional company.
