When your toilet backs up into your shower. And they send a guy right away. He was a very pleasant guy Andrew was very professional and explained alot. Took the time to go over all options with me and my husband. Would highly recommend.

We had a good experience working with Josh, Ryan, and Ian and would not hesitate to work with this team at Mr. Rooter again. Throughout the process, they were friendly, efficient and hard-working. Ryan and Ian took the time to clearly explain options and recommendations for tackling a job with multiple plumbing needs and challenges. From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise was evident, and they were meticulous with the quality of their work. When completed, the workspace was cleaned up and looked better than its original state. We’re very happy with the outcome.

Josh was fantastic! I called after hours and he was at the house within 40 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the issue and let me know that we’d need to wait until the supply house opened in the morning to get the part. Before leaving, he asked if I’d like him to come back that night if the shop had the pump in stock—what great service! A couple of hours later, he returned with the new pump and installed it right away. I would highly recommend Josh and Mr. Rooter Plumbing Windsor. Professional, prompt, and truly above and beyond!

Paid for a faucet and install from them to have it start leaking 14 months later. Warranty is only a year so nothing is covered. Should have just gone with a name I knew instead of one of their options.

I had an emergency and Josh from Mr. Rooter came to my house and addressed the problem right away. Not only did he address the problem he went over and above by showing me and teaching me how to avoid the problem in the future. Josh was respectful and courteous and I couldn't be happier with his service!!!

I paid deposit for a sewer replacement October 24th and was told it would be 5 business days. It's now November 17th and still no word on when they can start. I have left 8 messages over a 2 week period and they will not call me back regarding a status update. I do not recommend unless you want to give your money away and not have them complete the work or reply to your calls and messages.

I had an extremely clogged kitchen sink with a strong odor and fruit flies everywhere. The plumber took apart my pipes, cleaned it all out, and ran several tests to make sure water drained well. He also made recommendations on natural cleaning products to use for prevention. All was very reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be using Rooter’s again.

Josh was wonderful! He outlined our next steps for repair of my parents home, provided a quote and responded quickly with a call or text. He went above and beyond on a Sunday and contacted the locate company to schedule a rush locate for my parents who suffer from Alzheimer's and Dementia. They were displaced and becoming confused while living in another residence. Highly recommend. He was amazing.

I’ve used Mr. Rooter twice now, both times in a bit of emergency situation…the second time slightly after hours.
Both times they arrived promptly, were very thorough and addressed the trouble quickly.
I found them to be courteous and very helpful in explaining the problem while they made the repairs.
I definitely will not hesitate using Mr. Rooter if i have plumbing troubles again and would recommend their services to others.

You cannot speak to anyone in the actual Windsor office, it always goes to an answering service and you have to give all your info every single time only for them to NOT call you back regarding a large and expensive job you already paid a deposit for. My two young kids and I have been living a nightmare for over a month waiting for a severe plumbing issue to get fixed and despite the urgency and repeated attempts to get in contact with someone (anyone!) who has even the slightest clue on the status of the job, no one ever called us back. They said in an email that the job had been canceled and deposit refunded (yet to be determined if they actually refunded it as no receipt was attached). There was no reason as to the cancellation of the job and once again, no one ever bothered to pick up the phone and call us back. I absolutely DO NOT recommend for any big jobs especially.
