My experience with Damien and the other people who work with Oregon Hydronics was great. They were timely and efficient in all their work. Collectively the installation of a new heating system was easy on us as well. They are very helpful in determining your heating needs and getting the system installed quickly and easily. Strong recommendation.

We had a great experience with Damien and Oregon Hydronics. Our old radiant heat boiler broke and Damien was able to replace it quickly. He also recommended efficient water heater to connect with the boiler, which was great, because the water heater replacement was next on our list.
Damien was pleasure to work with, he explained everything, responded promptly to our questions and concerns and worked with our schedule.

Damien and his crew are amazing! Early in 2025, my radiant floor boiler broke while we were in Mexico. We reached out to Oregon Hydronics, and the very next day, they went to my house and repaired the boiler ignition valve. Thanks to them, my home stayed warm even with freezing nights.

We decided to replace the 20-year-old boiler, and Damien found a perfect small-footprint boiler. His crew installed it and got it running smoothly. It was such a fantastic upgrade!

Damien made it affordable, he explained things to me.. so I felt confident in my decision going with this company.

They use unlicensed subcontractors that bait & switch you. Will only install THEIR HVAC products for 10x the Sears price. Total scam!

Don't know about there products and there delivery is not very reliable..and not very customer Orientated They needed more training there and more help if they are goning to stay in business which I hear they are not. I bought quite a bit of merchandise from them recently and now I am worried about something going wrong with them and where to send them. As they are made by Sears brand Kenmore. Almost thinking of trying to get my money back and going elsewhere at this point.🙄

Jesse was amazing! On the hottest day of the year he responded immediately and fixed our a/c unit. Don't hesitate to call them !

AC went out during a heat wave in summer. Two technicians were here the next day and had the problem diagnosed quickly and were able to fix it quickly, all within an hour.

Cool Heat was contracted to us by American Home Shield. Their tech, Ken, came out on time, and was able to fix not only our initial problem with our heat pump, but also identified an issue with our furnace that prevented our aux heat from functioning properly. He was quick with his work, but didn't let that sacrifice quality. Plus, our dog liked him as well. Thanks again for getting us back up and running, Ken!

We were having some programming issues with our thermostat. Wade and Sebastian showed up on time and made short work of our issues. Professional competent and kind. Great work guys.

They sent Cody and Devon to my house to remove my old gas furnace and install a new one. They were professional,polite, and very knowledgeable. They did a great job of cleaning up, and now my home is toasty warm. I am very satisfied with their service.
