The guys at Integrity were great to work with. We now have an awesome new Ruud heater and AC. They ran the lines for our conversion to natural gas to the new heater as well as 5 other locations. They also coordinated with NW Natural's install which brought the gas to the house. I was impressed with their service and attention to detail from start to finish.

I chose these guys off of a long list of providers because of their name, "Integrity Home Heating." They were right on the ball and let us know what was happening every step of the way. They let us know all of our options, even if the one we chose would mean less profit for them. We love our new heat pump, and these guys definitely lived up to their name.

UPDATE - it is a year later and their customer service remains unsurpassed. I called Kevin out of the blue a few months ago when my heat pump was acting weird and he guided me through how to get it working right again. He even went out of his way to check on his technicians to see if someone was available to come out if needed. Integrity Home Heating remains one of the best!

We had an outstanding experience with this company from Kevin's first visit all the way to the installation day. Kevin quickly assessed the flaws of our old central heating. He spent the time explaining ductless technology, what to expect as a user, and guided us on the best position of the three heads in the house. The installation team was great and adapted quickly to our tight spaces. They left the place so clean! Everything Kevin said on his first visit was delivered, all that at a very reasonable price.

Kevin and his crew were exceptionally professional when they installed a heating/cooling system at our home. They were on time, installed the ductless heat pump and two heads in a remarkably short amount of time (approximately 5 hours). The installation was clean and flawless. The electricians faced challenges with our house, but despite that they also did an excellent job. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Set appts with several contractors. Kevin with Integrity showed up on time and was the only one who actually offered a real solution to our HVAC issues. He made several trips out before the scheduled work day to make sure all of our questions were answered and we were ready to go.

Day of, crew showed up on time, they were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and did exactly what we had discussed. They even put up with me in their way most of the first day while I was repairing my insulation.

I got the bill today and it was even Under the “not to exceed bid”.

I can’t say enough about these guys. We are super thrilled with their work and their company. I am constantly disappointed by contractors these days. These guys however were great. I’ll be calling them when I need a new furnace. No question. I’ll also be recommending them to anyone I know that needs their trade.

My residence had no heating/air cooling system. Integrity Home Heating installed a complete, new Daikin bladeless, heat pump system at my residence. My highest respect to Kevin Usher and his crew for a job well done. I found Kevin to be very professional and knowledgeable in his management of my project and knowledge of the products he handles and recommends. in every sense of the word, he mimics his business name - "Integrity." His installation crew showed up on time, was courteous and respectful, and was diligent with the installation the entire time on site. They finished the job in one day; including, complete set-up and installation, testing, and cleanup. Finally, I was walked through the system to insure I was familiarized and my questions answered. I would recommend Integrity Home Heating , LLC for anyone needing heating and/or air conditioning services. They are a First Class business, with a First Class crew; handling top quality products.

Best of the best. I deal with a lot of contractors, so I know it has become normal to develop low expectations. However, the team at Integrity is top notch. I actually ended up with visits from 4 different local firms, and two did not even get back to me with a quote. I worked with Kevin throughout the whole process, and he was always exceptionally responsive (I contacted him at least 6 times), professional (never talked down to me or suggested I didn't know what I was talking about) and thorough with: scheduling, what to expect, rebate paperwork, and information about warranty and operation. Will be using them again soon on another ductless heat pump on another rental.

We enlisted Integrity Home Heating to install all new replacement flex ducting under our 2,000 sq ft home, an integral component connecting our heating and air conditioning unit to all the floor vents throughout our house.

I had Integrity Heating perform HVAC work on two of my homes. Very satisfied with the results. Kevin Is great at providing quick and accurate quotes. He kept me informed as to the installation schedule and progress on the projects once work was underway. I love that his crew show up in mass, on time and just knock the job out. They cleaned up the job site and made sure everything looks even better than before when finished . Afterwards, Kevin reviewed the installation with me and instructed on the best way to operate my ductless heat pump. I have used a number of HVAC companies for my properties in the past and Integrity Heating is by far the best and most reasonable. I won't be using anyone else going forward.

Our company has been working with Integrity for 6 years and they are our go to for anything Heating/Cooling! Nothing but good to say about Kevin and his crew. Kevin was very responsive during the quote phase and patiently explained what I was being offered and why. Meanwhile, another company who shall remain nameless came in lower than Integrity. A careful review of the quote indicated they were quoting a system that would not have been able to properly handle the size of my home, something I verified, so beware. I should also mention that Integrity is quite a bit more reasonable than the biggest company in town. The crew showed up a few minutes early on installation day and even though they had to pull out my failing Geo unit, they still had me up and running by the end of the day with a new furnace and AC unit and they made some nice modifications in and around my HVAC room that increased airflow while reducing equipment space. Despite the modifications, the quoted price was the price. No nickel and diming with Integrity. Lots of companies call themselves Integrity this or that, but Integrity Home Heating absolutely lives up to their name. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. As a retired business owner, I can truly say that Kevin runs his business the way a business should be run; fair prices, with polite and talented employees who deliver quality goods in a timely manner.

Great experience. Kevin was always there to answer questions from the first phone call and after the installation as well. His crew were personable and knowledgeable. No problems with the equipment so, smooth sailing so far. His bid was over 2K less than the other two bids I received. Would recommend you talk to Kevin if you are looking for heating solutions.

Kevin and his team were professional, polite, and prompt from start to finish of my job. Kevin acted with respect every time he entered my home to do a walkthrough at the beginning and end of the process of installing a new high-efficiency heater and AC unit. On the day of install Kevin was on-site to ensure that everything went smoothly, and it did. I was impressed with how well-coordinated the install was, with various professional tradesmen working together to get the unit set up within a few hours. At each step of the way I felt comfortable asking dumb questions (which I did) and having the Integrity team in my home. It’s rare that a company stands by it’s namesake so thoroughly, but I would recommend them to anyone in a hot second.

I was referred to Integrity Home Heating by an inspector who inspected a duplex that I was in the process of purchasing. I was in the market to add ductless heating/cooling units into the duplex to replace the inefficient ceiling heat. I was able to connect with Kevin to set up a meeting to receive a quote. Integrity's pricing was competitive and I ended up awarding them my business.

Kevin managed the entire process with great professionalism. The install was scheduled approximately 3 weeks after signing the agreement. Kevin and his team showed up promptly on the day of the installation, walked me through the process and got right to work. The installation of both units was fast and efficient - and the workers took care to make sure the duplex was as clean and neat as before the install.

Once the products were installed, Kevin took the time to walk me through how to use them and best practices for getting the most of out the units.
