Kevin and his crew were fantastic from start to finish. He was very open and honest with his quote, he was the lowest cost of those we considered, and he gave us the best sense of ease with the complexity of the job. His crew were punctual and efficient. They found the most convenient (for us) spot to put the outside A/C unit and were very good about working around all of the quirky construction in our old home. We'll be hiring Integrity to do our office very soon. Great work and easy process!

It started with the agent that inspected our house -- he gave me a few things to insulate which I did. The split level heat pump company came to devise there installing plan and within a few short hours we're bathing in a comfortably warm home. The back an forth communication between all the workers was the best team work ever, They would clean as they worked an took the time to answer all my questions. It ended with the owner of the company explaining how it all worked.

Kevin Usher and his crew are amazing. Kevin came to our home and gave suggestions on where to place the mini splits that his crew were going to install for us. His crew was here on time and immediately went to work. If I had questions they were quick to answer them. They were very courteous, professional and respectful. Kevin and crew were amazing from the consultation through the installation. Kevin explained to me how heat pumps work, the options specific to my homes layout and answered all my questions. The cost was lower than 4 other bids I got and Integrity met my very tight timeframe for installation so i could receive the highest rebate for the heat pump! (The two head unit was installed in less than 6 hours!)
I would highly recommend Integrity! They were also the only contractor that gave a 12 year parts AND labor warranty!

What a great local company to work with! Our furnace and heat pump were replaced and just in time! Integrity Home Heating installed a ductless heat pump system in my home this morning and I am so happy with how easy everything went from quote to finish. Outstanding & dedicated company.

United Garibay has been my go to contractor for my HVAC at work for 20+ years. They just installed a Ductless heat system in our offices and will route our geo thermal unit to our warehouse.
