Luke, the owner of captain Rooter was the best. Our sewer was backed up, we had no clue what to do. My family had one day before our vacation, we did not know what was wrong, he came to our house rite away and figured out what the problem was. He was able to take care of the issue within a few hours. We were all able to take showers and get clean before we hopped on a plane to go out of town. I highly recommend him. My plumber recommended Captain Rooter Plumbing and Drain because I needed a quick drain cleaning at my home in Eugene on Thanksgiving day! Luke arrived promptly, greeted me with a smile, and got right to work to determine the location and cause of the problem. He wrote down and clearly explained to me three options on how he could address the issue along with their costs. I appreciated his expertise and determination to locate and remedy the problem - in this case roots. The equipment he used was very effective and got everything draining with ease again. His truck and equipment appear to be well organized and in good working order and his appearance clean and identifiable. He was friendly and professional throughout the whole experience.
