This guy, Jeremy, did some maintenance on a house we were selling as part of the buyer terms for closing. He was recommended (~suggested) by the buyers. He showed up a half hour late--even though he lives 5 minutes away--and talked about family, God, and being from the local neighborhood. I had confirmed with him over the phone prior to hiring him that he would also clean the gutters in addition to doing some moss removal and attic mold remediation. He worked for about 45 minutes and left without saying anything, never to return. He charged us nearly $1,500 through escrow closing and neglected to do the gutters. I'm not a professional contractor but I could tell the work he did do was sloppy. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!

We highly recommend the Tom Leach Roofing team! Their estimate was right in line with other estimates we got, but we went with them because the estimate included precise details about every step of the process from tear off, replacement, to clean up. Other estimates seemed a little vague about some of the details, which made me wonder if things that should be part of a roof replacement were included. They sent photos of the job as it was being done, and when it was complete, which was great, as it's pretty hard to see what the top of your roof looks like. They also got the job done super fast, and our property looked cleaner than it did before they came.

We had Tom Leach Roofing install a replacement shed roof several years ago so we had them quote us for our new roof for our house. Once again we were very happy with the quality, attention to detail, as well as the professionalism of all involved. I'm very happy with the quality of the installation and the advice Aaron offered on placement and size of the window-- it looks great in the small nursery room! Tom Leach replaced our roof just shy of 30yrs ago. The quality of the work was excellent then and remains so today. Bid was comparable to others received.
Besides roofing , needed 8 rafter tails and soffits replaced. We had questions about that process.
Aaron not only explained how the work would be done, he provided several pictures of what the job would look like when in progress.
Juan and his crew were friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the job they were doing. Daily clean up was much appreciated.

I found Tom Leach Roofing through recommendation from a satisfied neighbor. Aaron Orthmann, the owner/manager, treated me fairly from start to finish. I am highly satisfied with his management and with the work of his subcontracted crew, who were both proficient and courteous. I read good reviews of the Malarkey asphalt shingles they use, and am very happy with my color choice (Sienna Blend).

Tom Leach replaced my roof 19 years ago. The roof was in good shape until a year ago when the wearing of its age started to become evident. I had the roof replaced and a skylight replaced in January of this year. The cost was reasonable and within the range of the other estimates I had done. The crew was efficient and professional. They showed up at the time I was expecting them to. They got the project done in about 2 days. The cleanup was thorough. I had excellent communication with the crew and Aaron. I highly recommend this company.

Our experience with Tom Leach Roofing was one of the best contractor-experiences we’ve ever had. We were impressed from the get-go; Aaron, the company owner, responded promptly to our quote request, and thoroughly answered all our questions. We received bids from multiple roofing companies and found Tom Leach Roofing’s price very competitive. We booked in mid-February, with a promised start date in mid-March, and the crews were able to start two days earlier than expected.

The crews work replacing our roof was excellent, with exquisite attention to detail on things like properly installing flashing and new attic vents. I'll be honest, I called the roofing companies before calling Tom Leach.
I was impressed with Tom Leach's prompt response to my request for a bid. Their estimator came out exactly at the agreed upon time, measured, talked me through all the variables and sent the bid two days later. We had to wait a month to schedule but they were able to start two weeks after we agreed. They arrived precisely when they said they would. They were efficient, clean and very professional. The installer called me twice with conundrums regarding the existing facia boards. He had a solution in mind and I basically signed off on it and they implemented it straight away. He called again to ask if I would like additional roof vents for the bathrooms that didn't exist before. I was grateful as this had slipped my mind.
They did all this and completed a very pleasant, professional, and thorough job.

This company stands in contrast to so many "roofers" who can't seem to follow through, communicate and fulfill their bids.

This is the first time I’ve needed to replace the roof on my house and I was anxious about it. Tom Leach Roofing went above and beyond to make the entire process as painless as possible. When Aaron visited to look at the property and write up a quote, he was prepared in advance with details about my roof. He answered all of my questions and followed up within a day with a reasonable quote for the job. It was comparable to other highly-rated roofing companies I’d looked at. The work was expected to take 3 or 4 days. The crew worked efficiently and got it done in 3, while maintaining a high quality of work. The crew foreman Juan was friendly and answered questions I had during their workday. I was also pleased with how thoroughly they cleaned up my property after the work was done. I did not find a single nail or other sharp object in my driveway! I was left very impressed with how Tom Leach Roofing does their work from start to finish.

Tom Leach roofing just completed the job on our 115 year old home that required a full tear off and also replaced an old skylight. The crew was courteous and efficient and dealt with some inevitable issues that arose for a home this old with professionalism and a "Can do" attitude. They did a really good job of cleaning up each day and made an effort to minimize damage to established plants around the home (there was some damage but given the scale of the project I'm impressed how little there was). We had a great experience with Tom Leach! They communicated clearly, and everything was very straightforward. They made the process very easy and simple. And the roof looks great! The only downside was the cleanup -- our attic was a disaster after the process was done, with wood, dust, and nails everywhere.
