HORRIBLE, INCOMPETENT, AND SHADY -- AVOID AT ALL COSTS! they sent a repair person who spent a grand total of 3 minutes with my fridge, did not open up anything and said the entire compressor would have to be replace at a cost that would exceed replacement. He then insisted on cash payment of $120 to cover his fee, saying he could not take a credit card. He did not offer an invoice for his service. The person left a card that said he was licensed and insured but did not have a ccb number listed. I asked him to provide one. After he left, I tried to look it up and it was not a valid number. After, I called Premier and they refused to do anything to address the issue.

My washing machine decided to stop working right when I needed it most, with a load of clothes that included what I needed for my interview the next morning. I was doubtful anyone would be able to fix it in time but they were able to get it running within 30 minutes of arriving. Service was quick, the repairman was friendly and I’d highly recommend them!
