I called and was greeted by Michelle. Greeted with the worst service I have ever encountered.

I asked where there physical location was located, she proceeded to inform me that they did not do any marketing and refused to tell me where they were located. Over and over again. I have no idea why i would care if they do marketing? I would never, in a million years, refer anybody to this company.

They came out to fix my warmer and had it for 2 days in their shop and charged me $500 and warmer still wasnt fixed. We figured out what issue was. The lady i spoke with on the phone literally told me that she had other clients that were more important than me and i was more than happy to go look elsewhere. This is after they had made an appointment with me on friday for Monday. I called the following friday and got this answer.

these folks are helping out small business when a lot of other companies will not. I have depended on L&M for my food cart for many years and they are always willing to tackle the job and come out even on short notice helping us to stay open and profitable.

Purchased a new home in Wilsonville which included a Samsung refrigerator/freezer. Not understanding how to properly use the digital controls, the refrigerator had a child lock (adult lock) and we were not certain how to unlock in order to get water and ice! Corey, our hero arrived and provided a quick tutorial of how to properly use the digital control! Thank you to Corey and AAA for taking care of us. AAA to the rescue - have previously used and continue to recommend for appliance assistance!

I recently had an issue with my dishwasher. I didn't want to replace so I called AAA Appliance to ask for their advice and assessment. They came right out and fixed this issue and gave me tips on maintenance and care so I could prolong it's life. It was refreshing working with a business who prioritize helping my situation instead of going right to needing to buy a new one. I would highly recommend AAA Appliance and will absolutely use them again.

Corey came in and quickly solved the problems we were experiencing with both our refrigerators. Very transparent in pricing, and finished the project to my immense satisfaction. I will be utilizing AAA Appliance for all my future repair needs.
