Called the company and was able to schedule repair services on the same day. The technician was well experienced and was able to fix everything in a short period.

Talked my manager into paying an extra half hour based on the invoice and said they would refund it back and never did after several calls. Shady in my opinion, I'm giving up but will let others know.

We have a Kenmore Pro and it's very difficult to repair and restaurant grade. 3 companies attempted to repair my fridge and just walked away. Victor at RSK was the only one confident enough to repair my fridge and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Victor and his team.

Yuri did a great job. Knew what to look for, how to diagnose the issue, how to fix it, everything! I hope my AC doesn't break again, but if it does I know who I'm calling!

Called the company to service my AC Unit. Was scheduled for service the same day, Technician arrived well prepared - very nice and happy attitude. AC unit was repaired in less then 2 hrs. Was very HAPPY with their service. Well call them AGAIN in future. Thanks Guys!!!!!!!! God Bless...

Called them to repair my commercial oven. A line got kinked and flame was coming out of the wrong spot. The morning after the repair I turned on the oven (first use) and flame was still coming out where it shouldn't.

I called them back to complete the unfinished repair. They returned the next day and it took 15 minutes to wrap things up. The repair man then explained that I owed him for his services, to which I didn't understand because I'd already paid them the day before and they didn't finish the job properly. Not only did they charge me again, but they rounded up to an hour even though it took less than 15 minutes. I shouldn't have been charged for the 2nd trip in the first place.

After the repair guy left I fired up the grill and guess what?... Flame was still coming out where it shouldn't.

I spoke with another service repair company afterwards and they explained that it was ridiculous for them to charge me for the full hour, and to not at least stay and test things thoroughly was unacceptable.

Almost 8 months later, completely out of the blue, I get a call from them saying that I still owe them for an open invoice. Not only did I pay them in full for both trips out, to this day the original issue I called them for continues. I can't begin to stress my frustration and discontent for this business

Don’t use this company!! My invoice was double the estimate and they put an18% late fee because I didn’t pay them in 7 days. Even though they didn’t send me an invoice. Super shady operation.

They had a tech on site the very next day after calling in the afternoon. Serge arrived on time and had the convection oven blower motor fixed in less than 20 minutes. The culprit was a bad starter capacitor which is way easier and less expensive than replacing the motor. I am very happy and will absolutely call RSK Services in the future.

We had an emergency repair on our top oven and RSK were able to send a tech out within a few hours. He was super knowledgeable, professional and friendly and got us operating in time for service. Easily one of the best equipment repair/maintenance experiences we've had. Highly recommend!

Just simply stay away from this company if you don't want to be ripped off.
They overcharged me $700 for installing an electric water heater.
Technician arrived at our place with two young men as trainees, and Installation time was less than two hours and half. Then, they charged me $1125 for NINE Hours work. Considering Three hours for Three technicians on the job which definitely was not required.
They also charged me $250 for some parts which cost $49.
I contacted customer service and they offered me %10 discount ($150) because I was not happy with them overcharged me $700 for this service.
This company was trusted and suggested by a relative, but seems like they don't hesitate to take advantage of people's trust when it comes to making money. Which is cruel, and inhumane.
Please think twice before using this company.

RSK completed a repair of the HVAC system in a home we recently started renting. There were numerous issues with the system and Yuri spent a significant amount of time making repairs to ensure our home would be heated and cooled properly. He ended up having to replace a great deal of the ductwork in the very small and cramped crawl space. He was incredibly thorough and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Thanks to his persistence, we have uniform heating and cooling in our entire home. Thanks for doing such a great job!

I called around late noon and was hoping to get some help for an issue and the line was still responsive. The lady I was talking to was very lively and friendly but yet professional. This company makes you feel confident in choosing them especially over the phone, they aren’t so monotone like other business lines. Very humanly and felt like I was talking to a real person face to face. We had them fix an electrical issue that occurred in our home. These guys really know what they are doing and get the job done extremely efficiently within time. I’ve always reached out to professional help for more serious issues. This definitely is one of the best company’s out there. They offer so many services and I’m looking forward to calling them in the future when needed.

I am very satisfied I chose RSK to repair my freezer! The time efficiency, information & details they provided me with were very helpful and helped me understand exactly what I was paying for. Scheduling hours were very flexible I had no complaints or worries beforehand. The technician was properly work attired and nicely groomed, he answered some questions and concerns I had. Also gave me advice for any reoccurring possible problems to avoid a big one from happening like this one. Great service done!! I really felt the honesty and reassurance as needed in a difficult and stressful matter for me because of my freezer. I am a baker from home so this was so crucially needed for me!
