Hydra did a fantastic job at repairing our washing machine! I called yesterday and they got a technician out the same day to diagnose the issue. Then they were able to repair the problem the following day! The price was very reasonable and Alex, the technician, was professional, nice, and knew what he was doing. I will be using Hydra again.

The appointment was easy to schedule. Alex was amazing and diagnosed the problem to drain pump in a few minutes. He ordered the part and replaced it in 2 days time. While replacing the drain pump, he remembered emptying the water during the previous visit and that it was full again. His observation caught another issue he fixed. Would definitely use them again in future.

These guys were awesome. I had them take a look at my combo washer/dryer, and it turned out the previous owners left me a few unexpected “gifts” inside, hidden issues I would’ve never found on my own. Hydra diagnosed the problems quickly, replaced the control board, and fixed the door lock. Now the machine runs like it’s supposed to. Really appreciate the honest work and communication throughout. Would definitely call them again!

They don't even answer their phone. Rings a few times and then someone picks up the phone and immediately hangs up on you. I tried five times in a row and this happened every time.

HORRIBLE...Would not recommend, after several visits they were still unable to diagnose problem correctly, They installed several parts and still left me with unuseable oven, said nothing more they could do. Recommend hiring a professional, not this company, as I finally had to do to solve the problem.
