The two people that came out were very professional and polite. They moved things out of the way carefully, and when they were moved them back as they were. They cleaned up any mess they made and were very quick on the clean up. They installed the new water heater in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend them for any repairs or services needed.

Stop searching they all these listings and call them. These guys came thru for me. Great service, adjusted to my needs and constraints. My commercial machine was not working properly and they came in, diagnosed the issue and helped fix it. Even came back to complete and check up on the issue. There's so many options out there and it can get hard to know who to trust these days. For me, these guys were very helpful.

Alex did a great job repairing our Zephyr range hood; scheduling was same day and very responsive.

Alex claimed he had never saw a dishwasher with a solenoid. He tried to tell me that the motor needed replaced, without testing anything. I had to tell him to test the solenoid...BINGO! While testing, I noticed the socks he was wearing....NOT PROFESSIONAL ATTIRE AT ALL!!!

Our family situation requires an operational washer and dryer daily. Today the dryer broke! Hydra sent Alexander to service our broken dryer within 2 hours of our contacting them. Alexander was punctual, professionally dressed for the job at hand, polite, and friendly. He quickly fixed the problem then fully serviced and cleaned our dryer. The entire process reminded me of the Les Schwab "Sudden Service" ads of old. Thanks again Alexander!!

I have a Thor refrigerator which is an odd brand and I called over 10 companies to repair the ice maker and broken door hinge. Everyone said they couldn’t work on this brand (even the companies given to me by Thor). I called Hydra and they were able to come out that same day! They quickly figured out the problem and ordered the parts. Right when the parts arrived they called and scheduled the repair. The technician who came both time was knowledge, efficient and professional. Highly recommend!

Was late but texted that would be outside of 2 hr timeframe we had set….so that was not a big deal…. But then showed up and did not do anything. Looked a drawer and decided it maybe could be fixed by adding a screw but said it would cost $280 to have him add a screw or “do anything”. So $85 call out fee is not a call out fee but an estimate fee. Doesn’t cover any work at all?? I had asked when I called if call out covered if they had to come back and put parts in and stuff and it sounded like the call out covered coming back and everything unless parts and repairs were needed. I guess I misunderstood what “repairs entail” if installing a screw counts as beyond the scope of a call out

Online YouTube videos show normal fix is to disassemble tracks and put back together which evidently takes about 5 minutes and one would think would be part of the normal disagostic/ check what is needed process of the call out fee if drawer not sealing (note I put drawer is not sealing in the comments when booking along with that I was pretty sure it was an issue with the tracks). No idea the persons background or training but I am not impressed with the service or their pricing.

Called to see if a service to either clean or replace a rubber grommet on the door of my washing machine was even possible. Was a headache talking to the person the phone who continues to interrupt me while trying to describe the situation. Only thing she kept telling me was a technician can come out and look at it would cost $85 if we didn’t want or they couldn’t do the service. I asked if I could talk to someone to see if that service is even possible/available for them to do and was only met with rudeness saying that’s what turn technician coming out to you will figure out. Feels scammy to not have the availability to look at my model machine to see if that’s even possible to work on for them ahead of time.

I am very happy with this company. They handled a tough problem when other appliance companies turned me down. I didn’t have to wait very long to get into their schedule and both times that they were out, they showed up on time and were professional.

1st tech was very very slow, made a mess and didn’t clean it up, failed to fix machine or even trouble shoot- had to disassemble machine a second time after not even turning the machine on- was told parts would take 5-7 business days but when we balked, they found the parts and were able to install them quicker.

Stas returned after I was late for original appointment and went right to work to diagnose our built in refrigerator issue. After a thorough inspection and a manual spin of the fan, the unit began to cool again and within 20 minutes was making ice. The cost was $80. I had another appliance service company out the day prior and the technician touched the compressor, which was hot, and said the entire refrigerator needed to be replaced. They did not even open their tool pouch. They charged me $132 for nothing.

I will recommend Hydra to anyone who asks.

Alex was very kind and got right to work. He helped fix our washer the same day and had multiple ways for me to pay the invoice.

Charged me over $600 to attempt to repair a loud noise and broken ice machine in my fridge. Ice machine broke again right away, they came back and tried to fix it again - after the second attempt the loud noise returned, and then the ice machine immediately stopped working again. Both times I had to leave the fridge off for over four hours after they finished to let sealant dry and had to throw away hundreds of dollars of spoiled food, which they never warned me about before the visits or gave me time to prepare for.

They refuse to give a full or even partial refund, only giving the option to charge me more and order more parts and come and try a third time to fix it. It seems clear to me that they never diagnosed the problem properly, replaced parts that weren't related to the issue, and will not be able to fix this issue but instead will just keep charging me to replace more and more parts. I would have preferred if they just told me from the start, we can't fix this issue - or at least owned up to it now and give me at least a partial refund for failing to fix the issue I paid them so much to fix.

The second time they came I asked repeatedly for an Eta of when they'd come or a text or call a bit ahead of time to prepare, because they gave a large window and I have a reactive dog that needs to be put away before people enter the house. Instead the tech called and said he had already arrived and was right outside. I was in the bathroom and asked him to wait a minute. Instead he knocked on the door upsetting my dog regardless of posted signs saying not to do so. My partner was downstairs and partially dressed and also did not appreciate the lack of warning. Attached is a picture of the clogged ice machine as of today after they've come to fix it twice already in the last month.

The appointment was scheduled for next day, service tech arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it right away. He was knowledgable and professional.

Awesome company. Quickly fixed my Bosch gas oven and electric bosch wall mounted oven. Will be using them again and referring them to friends and clients.
