Technician who came out was early, helpful, and though the stupid dishwasher just started working when he got here, he still added value during the service call telling us some specifics about our machine, helping convince my husband it’s still a good one despite being 23yo and we don’t need to replace it yet, and doing a really thorough inspection / giving us tips on cleaning. No upselling. Will def call them again.

Cory is friendly and not only does a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem, but he is happy to help explain the issue and give basic maintenance advice. He helped me with a broken washing machine and I called him back when my stove was acting up. I'll call again next time I have an appliance issue.

Interesting experience. Refrigerator was only having problems intermittently. It was working fine at the time of the service call. Cory our technician listened patiently, took a few things apart on the front panel of the frig and told me he had a good idea what might be going on. After replacing a part or two, he was not satisfied that all was well and dove into the back of the frig, finding other issues including a totally unexpected water leak. He went out to his truck a couple times, each time coming back with exactly the part needed for this year and model of refrigerator (15 years old...). Truck was not all that large. It felt like he was reaching into a magic hat to get the right parts! He was very thorough, patient with me watching and demonstrated significant depth of knowledge as he worked. It was not inexpensive but so very worth it to get the level of expertise and service excellence Cory provided today. I would hire him and AAA Appliance again in a heart beat.

Cory and Kilee at AAA Appliance Service are amazing! Over the years they’ve fixed several of my appliances. Including my refrigerator, washer and dryer, and microwave. Every time they’ve been professional, knowledgeable, and quick to get things working again. Their pricing is always fair, and they’re great to work with. If you have any appliance issues, these are the people you want to call. I can’t recommend AAA Appliance Service enough!

We have used AAA a number of times over the past decade for repair of our kitchen and laundry appliances. The office is always prompt with communication and scheduling. We normally have Cory as the repairman, and he is experienced, knowledgeable and very trustworthy in his recommendations about whether the problem is work fixing, or if it is time to move on to a newer appliance. We will continue to call them when things break!

Technician was on time, friendly, explained the potential issues, cost estimate, defrosted the fridge and fixed the thermometer in less than 2 hours! Explained the 90 day warranty too. Great service and highly recommend!

AAA Appliance has and continues to be very responsive to my callouts for help on failed appliances. They inspect the issue within days and often times resolve the issue that same day. If they cannot address the appliance issues that day they are back the next day or as soon as they cannot address get the parts which is not more than a few days. Their knowledgeable technicians provide good advices on minimizing risk of failure again and go the extra mile in providing detail of the issue and remedy.
Next time one of our appliances fail we will be calling AAA Appliance again.

These are the only folks I have come to repair my applicances. Cory is an expert and a very nice guy. He knows his stuff. My appliances are over 20 years old and made well - he keeps them working. I trust this company.

AAA Appliance Repair was fantastic from start to finish. They provided upfront pricing with no surprise fees or extra charges, which I really appreciated. We originally planned to repair the dishwasher ourselves, but the part wouldn’t have arrived for 4–5 days. AAA came out the very next day after I called—and they already had the part on hand. Even better, the price of the part was comparable to what we would have paid ourselves.

The repair was completed without removing the dishwasher, and the technician went above and beyond by noticing that it wasn’t level and leveling it for us—something we had no idea was an issue. Now not only does the dishwasher no longer leak (the original problem), but it’s also quieter and much easier to open and close.

Their 90-day warranty gives me real peace of mind. With appliances becoming more expensive and less reliable, it’s reassuring to have a company I trust. I will absolutely be using AAA Appliance Repair again for any future appliance needs.
