I don't normally do Google Reviews. However, my experience with Austin and Town And Range Surveying was terrific and I felt compelled to share my experience. I was hesitant re contacting Austin and his company because of the "fill out the survey." I have done this before and most people never get back, but Austin did just what his survey said he would do...got back to me within 24 hours or even less. I found Austin and his partner to be friendly, professional and exacting. Austin even sent me the original survey my dad had done when he bought the lot in the 40s. I was very touched by that. I would NOT hesitate to refer Austin/Town and Range Surveying to anyone wishing to do a 4 point survey or more. I learned alot about my property. I am having an addition done in the next year or two, and Austin even referred me to resources for that. WHEN you hire Austin, you will NOT be disappointed. I not only got a qualified surveyor, but I felt like I got a new friend. That's the best kind of people to hire!

The crew worked very hard digging up the dirt and applying waterproofing material and vapor barrier around the foundation. They also applied waterproof material to the inside of the foundation walls. They were very efficient, professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

I called Masonry Masters for an estimate on a drainage issue in my front yard. Mike came by, looked at the problem and said he would get me an estimate. Two weeks went by and I received nothing. I called Mike again, he finally returned my call, said he had been on vacation and would have to look at the job again. I have not seen or heard from him or anyone at Masonry Masters again. This is bad business practice and poor customer service.

There employees are inconsiderate dangerous drivers!!!

They literally pulled a left in front of me on 82nd just because they didnt want to be a little patient. Im really glad i was paying attention, or i would have T- boned the van and trailer.

Who the hell drives like that with a trailer? And it was so they could go to the 4×4 store, where im sure they had a big ol lifted truck being worked on. You know the type, people who pull out on front of you because they are driving a huge, intimidating vehicle.

I was getting water in my basement occasionally during a heavy rain. I had Byron and some other companies come out for solutions. Most had very expensive proposals (inside demo, sump pump), but Bryon inspected and suggested eliminating causes - he had me run water through nearby downspouts and it turns out a plugged drain was causing water to build up. Fixing just this could potentially save thousands. Thanks Byron!

Byron took time out of his day twice to come by and give me some advice regarding a water issue I was having even though I wouldn't be able to use his service. I wouldn't hesitate to use if I have water issues in the future. such great customer care and service

My husband and I were getting our house ready to sell and these guys came through and saved the day, fitting us into their schedule at the drop of a hat. They were always accommodating and professional. Most of all, they did a GREAT and thorough job repairing our foundation and at a very reasonable cost. Would recommend to anyone.

Michael came out and reviewed the minor issue I was having. He made some recommendations for other cheaper, easier solutions as the problem wasn't that big. Never tried sell any unnecessary fixes which is always appreciated. Will have them do anything in the future when I need waterproofing.

After finding standing water in the basement, I had Masonry Waterproofing and Drainage Masters out to my property. Rather than selling a "system" the owner took the time to properly diagnose the problem, which was related to a blocked drain. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. Good small business.

I highly recommend Masonry Masters. They constructed to basement window wells, they solved a long time drainage issue. Great work, staff were polite, explain the work well, did great work and most noticeably left the work spotless.

Should have written this last year. Had drainage issues with heavy rains. Called a few places who wanted to put drains INSIDE the house for lots of money when it obviously wasn't a water table problem. So I called these guys and Byron came out and offered a solution to move water away from the outside of the house.

My basement flooded. John's Waterproofing and Terra Firma gave me quotes from between $6,500-11,000 for doing a full on demo and waterproofing of my basement. When both companies were here, neither of them really bothered to identify the source of the problem or to assess the particular situation at my property--it was all about selling me a 'system'. He was here yesterday, carefully scrutinized every detail of my property, gave me lots of free DIY advice and detailed a few plans of action based on my need should the situation continue once the rain started again. It's been raining all day since Byron's visit and there isn't a drop of water in my basement and he didn't ask me for a penny. He gave me some basic things to try, involving my gutters and exterior drainage situation and it seems his instincts were correct--basic trial and error. Byron generously shared his knowledge and I learned a great deal in the 30 mins. he was here. He is a straight shooter, knows his craft, assimilates knowledge from different fields (so many companies seem just to specialize in either masonry, waterproofing OR drainage) and beams integrity and trustworthiness. I will be directing all of my future drainage business to Masonry Masters, no doubt about it.

I contacted them on 8/26 since I was interested in getting an estimate on some work for my house. The next day, Byron texted me back and asked me to text message my name and address. He said this was the best way to communicate. It would have been nice to just set something up via phone, but I also wanted to respect his time and schedule.
I sent my name and address and then received a single line of text back the next day asking me what I needed an estimate on. I responded.
After that, zero response. It has been over two weeks and I am just sad that the communication was so difficult and there was no opportunity to even see if Masonry Waterproofing and Drainage Masters were a good match for my project.
