The folks at Masonry & Waterproofing did an excellent job firming up the crawl space at our cabin. They not only added new beams, posts and pier blocks but mucked out all the debris that had been left behind over the decades and added a plastic moisture barrier. When it became apparent some more support was needed they took care of it without additional charges. They also took care of an aging chimney and added flashing and crowning to control water seepage.
And they were easy and pleasant to work with.

While we received quotes from several other companies, all of them came in over the top with recommendations for costly and unnecessary repairs. We were having some serious leaking issues into our basement . Byron and team did an inspection and installed a new downspout. This completely solved our problem and we had no leaks over a very rainy winter. Greatly recommended; fast, affordable, and easy to work with. They also did not try to up-charge us on more expensive solutions that would have been overkill for our problem.

Cost, while not inexpensive, was quite reasonable given the amount of labor involved. The crew went above and beyond with several details and kept things very clean throughout the multi-day process. From start to finish Masonry Waterproofing was great. Marc evaluated our house carefully and found the source of the water in our basement and diverted it. Far better than letting it in and then pumping it out. The work was doing well and quickly and the cost was fair and explained with no surprises, communication was excellent, 5 stars.

We had KVN remove and replace all the siding on our home and then paint. The home repair process can be a bit overwhelming, but KVN was professional and efficient. We were happy with the timeline and the craftsmanship. We had some unknown damage that was discovered once the siding was removed. They were able to locate it, communicate what the options were, and then fix it appropriately - still completing the project faster than anticipated.

The KVN supervisors and their subcontractors of Harding siding, gutter builders, painting consultant and painters were all excellent workers and kind people! They were friendly, flexible, and would show up for our concerns within 24 hours. It was a big project that happened the same summer our daughter got married overseas so they had to work around our schedule. It was most helpful to have them be easy and pleasant around our home with all going on with our family.
