Fantastic service, the team of roofers that we have interacted with over this last month has been fantastic from start to finish. This is most certainly not the cheapest option but it's with good reason. These guys know what they're doing, it's quality work, they clean up great and they work fast. The only time I was ever concerned was a follow-up issue that needed to be addressed however the team was incredibly responsible and accountable and decided to come and resolve the issue. To no charge of my own. Our house is quite old and is going to need siding soon, I most certainly see us working together again in the near future.

This company is a team of some very skilled & professional Portland roofing contractors, they recently replaced my roof/gutters and did an excellent job. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of service, materials used and responsiveness of of KVN Construction. They were professional and always responded in a timely manner. Javi supervised the installation process and was available whenever I needed to discuss things or had questions. They installed high quality Malarkey Shingles and provided 50 years warranty. So far I am pleased with the work they did and will recommend them to others.

The team from KVN Construction was outstanding. Jesse V led the crew, and they completed our building’s reroofing and gutter/downspout replacement project on time. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they showed great respect for both the residents and the property throughout the process.

We purchased a house that had old cedar shake siding and wanted to upgrade to Hardie Plank. On the James Hardie website they provide a list of all the qualified installers and after researching and calling 11 of the Elite Preferred installers, we found only 2 would service our area of Centralia WA. We obtained a quote for the exact same service from both companies and KVN Construction's quote was 20% lower. It wasn't just the price that had us choosing KVN, it was also Alex who came out to give us the quote. Alex did a wonderful job explaining the product, the product options, and the process to us. He also never made it feel like he was trying to "sell" us on it. He simply let the product and KVNs reputation do the selling for him. Also, the quote was very clear on all the work they would do and was clearly itemized. The other company just gave us a flat number with no details. Our house is fairly small and a team of two came out to do the work. Our house is 100 years old so we were very concerned about what might be found under the old siding and of course there were rotted areas that needed the plywood replaced. We also had a window that was not flush with house so that whole section of the house had to have a layer of plywood added to it. Before any of that work was performed, we were shown the damage and the window and they clearly explained to us what needed to be done to fix it all. Since this additional work was not part of the original quote it was an added costs. I was worried that KVN would take advantage of this unknown added cost and charge us much more for labor and material but they were honest and charged us exact amount for material and the same per hour labor rate. During the install we texted a couple questions to the Field Manager, Javier, and the Production Manager, Zack. They both responded promptly and with pictures to help answer our questions and relieve any concerns. Many of us hear the horror stories of what contractors have done to their clients and know that the lifespan of a construction business usually doesn't last past 15 years. But KVN is doing a wonderful job staying in business by being honest with their clients and getting the work done...and the work is done right. KVN does partner with other companies and they choose those partners carefully. We were provided a 1 hour free consultation with a designer who helped us pick out the paint color. We love how the paint we picked looks blue in the sunlight and greyish blue on a cloudy day. And the painting company KVN partnered with for our job were just as wonderful as KVN was. I highly recommend you give them a call for any of your home exterior needs.

We had our roof redone by KVN and it was a great experience. The crew worked quickly and left our yard cleaner than they found it. Our field manager, Cody, was very communicative and sent us many photos and videos of the progress.

The entire team worked in such harmony! —from the timely delivery of materials to the efficient tear-off of old shingles and the precise installation of the new roof. It honestly really impressed me that guys from another crew/jobsite came after their days work and assisted this team and worked together to move things so quickly and were able to finish our job before the projected time. The guys would make sure to empty the dump truck so that it was always ready for the next day’s work. I love how neatly they worked, and made sure to pick up the nails after themselves.

Javier and his team at KVN just finished putting a new roof on my house. Mine was not just a standard reroof job. I had rot in the sub roof, the tongue and grove on some of my overhangs was rotted, and I my big facia boards had to be replaced in the back of the house. KVN was one of the few companies that could handle the roof and construction job together. The work they did blends perfectly with the 100 year old ascetic of my house, once it is painted I don't think anyone will be able to tell those sections were replaced.

Their bid was not the cheapest, but was very fair, and the work was top notch. The job was completed in just 5 days and after they were done they cleaned up as if no one had been there.

KVN Construction replaced our 20+ year old roof. We also elected for a gutter installation over our front entry, which was non-existent beforehand. The roof replacement is a far superior product and the craftsmanship, such as the proper ventilation system is top notch. KVN Construction explained their process and gives you options based on your preference and budget. However they will demonstrate the differences in material's performance from good, better, and best options offered. The KVN Construction crews are diligent to adapt to your projects requests. Our family has the peace of mind and ability to breathe a whole lot easier knowing the leaks and mold are gone. We're pleased to have chosen KVN Construction to remodel our house!

The quality of the work and products at KVN are wonderful. The consultation and presentation of the project was incredible with wonderful detail, explanation, and customer service. The thing that really sold me was there focus not just on updating the roof, but ensuring proper air flow with their formula that calculated need for several additional vents and their intake areas within the roof itself. During the project, weather was a major concern. The communication of what work would look like with the weather delays could have been improved upon. Also, there were times when the crew was working a few hours after dark which concerned me about their safety and the effectiveness of what they were trying to complete. Overall, I would recommend KVN.

Pur experience was great from the first contact to the last. We were given a very extensive an inperson review of all the issues with our roof and attics along with choices to remedy these. I was always able to text with questions and always git answers within a day. We were always informed of deliveries abd pickups. The workers were very good at clean up after each day of work and they never started and noise until after 9A. Any issues we had were handled and solved with courteous responses. Our roof and attics are now beautiful and mold free! We appreciate the professionalism of the staff to have already referred a neighbor and a friend.

Everything went smoothly!

KVN really knows how communication with customers should be done.

Initial discussion with their salesman, Dave, when scoping out the project, was like having a chat with a good friend. He provided very helpful insightful observations on the home roof & guttering, new material and color selection (with 3D model), and technical aspects for ventilation options.
KVN were the seventh company I'd contacted for quotes, and after discussing the project, getting quotes, they were the clear winner.

KVN provides outstanding attention to detail and communication. This cannot be understated!

Scheduling went well; as the estimated project window was approaching, their production manager, Mike, provided updates starting a few weeks ahead as we dialed in the exact start date.

Before and during work there were multiple daily updates from coordinator Jesse and team lead Javier, with progress pictures, explanations of how the project is going, any questions they have, and answering any of my questions. This greatly reduced the stress, and certainly helped things go smoothly.

The roof install completed a little ahead of expected schedule, with neighbors already stopping by mentioning to the crew they liked the finish.

The whole team were delightful to meet and work with. I hope they enjoyed working on this project as much as I enjoyed them taking it on.

Over the winter we noticed water dripping through the overhang over our porch. After getting an emergency tarp placed on the house my wife and I began the endless parade of contractors coming through our house to bid on a what it would be to replace or repair our roof. To say that prices vary between contractors would be an understatement. Every contractor had a varying degrees of severity, risk, time lines, product costs, and deal closing tactics. KVN Construction is probably the closest you can get to white glove service at a cost that will not force you to sell your home to pay it off.

We previously had contracted them to repair some siding when we first bought out house. This would be the second time we have taken bids on a project and this is the second time KVN has knocked the other folks out of the water. No pun intended.

Kirill, Mya, Jessie, Ben, Javier and the rest of their team were in constant contact before, during, and after project completion providing pictures and video throughout the process. They are incredibly responsive to questions or concerns that you might have in order to get you want: A new roof that will keep you dry in the Pacific Northwest. I am not telling you to simply call KVN and sign with them no questions asked. I am saying you should make KVN on of the teams to make a bid among the others so you can see the difference.

We had a 31 year old tile roof that had started to leak this past Winter so we knew it was time for a new roof. We didn't want another tile roof at all! KVN explained to us in detail why they use the material that they use and also explained the warranty that they provide. We appreciated all the information they provided which helped us decide the best venting as well. The installation process was smooth and professional! The new gutters are also a better fit for our roof line especially with all the leaves and debris that fall on our roof. We highly recommend KVN!

Great experience with saleswoman Miya. She is a hard worker and has been responsive and tried to work within my timing and budget limitations. I have high hopes for the roofing job. Will update after completion!
