KVN did an amazing job replacing our roof. They were very communicative during the entire process, and explained step by step what they were working on. The crew was great as well!

We recently needed to get a full roof replacement, as well as fascia board installation, additional attic ventilation, and gutter replacement. Javier was our point of contact throughout the project and he was very helpful and communicative, sending us regular progress photos as well as change order requests when things turned out more rotten than expected. His team at Isaac Roof did a quick and effective job. I would definitely recommend KVN for any roofing projects.
Only star away was for the initial consultations. The inspection and the quote were in two separate appointments, and we definitely got the hard sell with a 2-hour Powerpoint presentation before we even got the quote - and then it came with a discount if we signed on the spot. If we hadn't already seen other quotes I'm not sure we would have gone with KVN based on the sales pitch.

Javier and his team at KVN Roofing just finished replacing our house and garage roofs. The team did incredible work on a difficult replacement job. KVN sent me multiple photos every day as the work progressed and two videos showing key areas. The communications and the workmanship were amazing. From the early estimating stage to the finished work, I couldn't be happier. The quality of materials and the skill of the team members can't be beat. KVN was a great company to work with. Javier, the project manager, was amazing and communicated with us every day of the project. We got videos and pictures which showed every step of the process. The skylight installed unfortunately did not work (not to any fault of KVN) and Javier continually worked with me and the skylight company to get it fixed. He even came out to my house again to meet the technician and get it taken care of. I am very happy with how my new roof looks and they cleaned everything up afterwards. I have not found a single nail in my yard. I would definitely recommend this company and especially working with Javier.

The crew at KVN did a great job on my house. They put on a new roof and replaced a ton of rotted plywood and some soffits along the way. New gutters and exterior paint also. The house looks so much better and no more leaking roof!

KVN Construction was great. They took the time to develop a good proposal, the work was scheduled ahead of when they said it would originally, and Javier and crew were top notch. The updates with photos were super helpful and good communication as they had to work around some wet weather that came in. Overall a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use KVN again.

The roofing team did a great job and KVN was very communicative throughout the process. The only issue we had was that they removed our gutters and did not put them back or install new gutters and so we were left with no way to handle drainage during rainy season (this was in February). They said that gutters are usually installed with siding, which was coming later, but we needed it right away considering the weather. They finally came out and installed gutters but it took another couple of weeks to make that happen.

We are really happy to have KVN Construction INC working on our roof project. I am truly impressed with how efficient and organized they are.

We are were thrilled with KVN's work on this project. From review and estimate all the way through the final site inspection, KVN's extraordinary team of expert contractors were as professional as they were personable and friendly. It's been almost forever since we've had any large-scale remodeling work done on our house, and were certainly nervous going into the daunting process of finding a company we could trust. KVN left us with just a single regret: because they specialize in window replacement, roofing, and painting, we can't hire them for a half-dozen other things we need done around the house. We would if we could, for sure. I doubt there's a better choice out there, and we are very, very grateful for all the help and guidance KVN gave us.

KVN did a great job replacing and installing damaged hardie board siding on my house. They communicated with me through the entire process, did a great job on the siding, and worked quickly yet carefully.

KVN did an amazing job with our roofing! Everything from the initial appointment and inspection, to coordinating materials, installation crew and clean up, was very professional and thorough. They offered high quality products and outstanding craftsmanship. Communication was outstanding, with frequent updates on the progress, and the work crew was respectful of our property and landscaping, leaving the place immaculate at the end of the project. We were super impressed. The entire job was finished sooner than anticipated, too. We couldn’t be happier with the experience, and we love our new roof!
