I just had the most solid experience. I scheduled a bulk pickup and Dana was so nice and very informative. I haven’t had any issues with Arrow. THANK YOU.

They are a wonderful company to work with on sanitary services... Needed to set up auto pay. I called and talk to NICK, He helped me kindly and helped with all my questions.. What a awsome person... Thank you guys..

Most businesses are professional and efficient. Arrow went above and beyond..Our neighborhood was flooded and 45 families were upside down with muck and mud and the trauma of the chaos of water flooding your home and basement. Arrow helped us by getting container bins in place that helped us begin the proces of cleanup and recovery, Special thanks to our contact person, Anna, who graciously coordinated everything we needed. So appreciated.

We needed an assist from Arrow Customer Support today and were really impressed with help we received from Nick - he was professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

Edit: the company got in touch and the problem seems to have been resolved. Changed from 1 to 4 stars for the follow up.

Garbage left uncollected.

We have recently moved to a new address and sadly we cannot work with WM and have had to change to Arrow for our garbage collection.

This last Monday we had our garbage out as per usual on the curb. That afternoon we realized our garbage bin had not been picked up. We called the customer service who told us they could come by in the next days but that they would have to charge us a fee. We refused this because we shouldn't have to pay an extra fee for something that they failed to do.

We sent a detailed email about the matter to the customer service email address but again got a voicemail telling us we would have to pay extra for a new pickup and denying that they had failed to pick up our garbage in the first place.

At this stage we sent an email with photographic proof that our garbage had not been picked up....

Edit: Customer service to return to us after a couple of days and now the issue is solved in a satisfactory manner.

Dana was awesome!! We contacted her 2 times and she helped us with our password and signing up for autopay. She did an great job - friendly & helpful!! She deserves 10 stars!!

Assisting me today with my issues was this incredible spirit named Anna. She was like a ray of sunshine on this blustery morning. She took the time to give me that special assistance where the issues were no longer that. She’s bubbly and thorough in task. Arrow Sanitary is very lucky to have someone of her natural caliber as an employee. I’m still smiling from the experience.

We've had service with Arrow Sanitary for over 1.5 years and every interaction with customer service has been more than positive! Dana was especially a delight in helping me with log in issues and adjusting our service schedule...always so refreshing to interact with friendly customer service on the phone!

These guys do the landscaping at my neighbors across the street. They always come out with multiple leaf blowers at full power blowing debris everywhere. Don't think they own a broom. They have zero regard for anyone or anything that happens to be anywhere near them.

I called Delacruz for an extensive landscape update to the existing back yard, including moving grass and trees, fixing drainage issues, moving around sprinklers and installing a drip line. The team quoted me a price the same day that I called and was able to complete the job a week after providing an estimate. Multiple people arrived exactly on time for the work (down to the minute) and completed the project in a day. Very, very impressed with the staff and the entire team!!

The stuff were nice. The selection of indoor plants were decent. Wish they have more...but maybe the cheapest place to go if they have what you are looking for.

This place is a lovely little shop, with a lot of interesting things packed into a small space. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there were invasive species there. This might not be so bad if people were educated about the nature of the plants such as a sign up perhaps?

I live over 90 minutes away. When I got there with my 10-year-old son, they would not let him in (only 13 and older allowed). We were both masked. He is completely COVID guideline compliant, and observes social distancing. Sorry Garden Fever, you have lost a long time customer. I may be back, but it'll be to check out the goods and then buy elsewhere. Good thing Arium Botanicals, Solabee Flowers and Botanicals, Livingscape, and Marbott's Greenhouse and Nursery don't have random age restrictions.

Their plants didn’t look that healthy compared to other garden shops. Bad experience with the people who worked here.

I was wearing my leather jacket and boots and my fiancé was wearing his backpack cuz we bike and walk. The staff glared at us, never once saying hello or asking if we had questions. Followed us around and treated us like we were stealing. What a miserable place.

The trip to Garden Fever in the spring is such a great way to be inspired for the summer! Gorgeous selection of flowers, herbs, veggies, shrubs and more. Lots of selection, really knowledgeable staff.
