I recently used AAA Heating & Cooling for a vent cleaning service, and I couldn't be happier! From the initial phone call to the cleaning, the entire experience was exceptional.

Mario & Bo were incredibly kind and courteous. They answered all our questions patiently and explained the cleaning process clearly. Most importantly, they were very respectful of our home and pets, ensuring that they were not unduly stressed, and did not escape.

The best part? They were incredibly efficient! The technicians finished the entire cleaning service much faster than I anticipated. Now, the air in our house feels noticeably fresher, and I'm hoping my allergies will be less of an issue.

If you're looking for a professional, efficient, and kind company to clean your vents, highly recommend! We have another leg of the journey (water heater and air conditioner) service later today, so will update once that's finished.

Lucas came out to take care of the air conditioner and water heater maintenance and flushing. He was so quiet, I didn't even know he had finished! He was also very friendly and efficient - definitely a top notch experience.

We have been using AAA Heating & Cooling for a number of years now. We are on their annual maintenance schedule, which we appreciate the reminder calls - one last to do on our home maintenance task list. Tyler, the technician who assisted with the annual maintenance this year, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, ensuring that our systems were in good condition as we head into the winter months. He recommended a follow-up duct cleaning since it wasn't apparent it had been done recently and so Shawn and Stephanie did a fantastic job with that cleaning. They were thorough and efficient, leaving our home with improved air quality. Overall, we highly recommend AAA Heating & Colling for their outstanding service and a team of dedicated professionals.

I recently had my old furnace fail and I contacted AAA for help replacing it. They made the process really easy. Cristen from the sales department answered all of my questions clearly and knowledgeably. She tweaked the proposal a number of times to make sure I was getting just what I needed for the house. The installation crew of Jorge and Silvio were super friendly and did a great job. When they left, the work area was cleaner than when they arrived! I would recommend AAA wholeheartedly.

Our AC bit the dust on the hottest day this summer. I called AAA Heating and Cooling and they had Mario come out within the hour. He was super helpful and got it up and running again in no time!

AAA Heating & Cooling have very nice, professional, and competent staff and I am so happy we found a sticker to point us to them on our 80 year old furnace we ended up replacing! I would definitely recommend them for HVAC needs in the Portland area and look forward to have them continuing to maintain our brand new heating and A/C system!

Super nice people. Professional. Kind. Helpful. Nicoa came out because the furnace quit working. So nice, explained everything and showed me what was wrong. Boomer came out that same afternoon to arrange a new furnace install. So patient explaining how the process worked. George sent an email and reply scheduling the install when he was unable to speak to me personally. Jorge and Jess were both here for the install. Super kind, pleasant and professionally friendly. I appreciated the explanations about the process and steps of the installation. A great install for me from start to finish. I have been a AAA heating and cooling customer for 20 years and they continue to provide exemplary customer service and I feel safe about the work that they do and having them in my home.

Ernesto was extremely polite and professional, and replaced our furnace filter today. None of us in the house have much experience in this matter and didn't even know where the furnace was as we just moved into our house recently. He was able to figure it all out very quickly. Would definitely recommend, thank you Ernesto!

I had a great experience with AAA. I worked with Joel during the bid/planning process. He was knowledgeable and had great communication and patience with me despite my many questions. Installation also went very smoothly. I had Chris and Silvio on site and they completed the job quickly but with good attention to detail. Very happy all around!

We love AAA Heating & Cooling. They installed our new furnace 9 years ago, and it's still running great. They never suggest unnecessary repairs or services, and have been here in Portland for years. We have them out once a year to service the furnace and swap the filter out. Isaiah was great this year. Would always recommend AAA.

AAA has been helping us with our HVAC needs since we moved here in 2019. Everyone we've met or spoken with over that time has been kind, patient and great to work with. Ray, George and Josh did a fantastic job replacing our secondary heat pump and an attic fan in the summer of 2021. They also replaced our main heat pump in the fall of 2023. Chris was great and replaced a water heater for us in spring of 2022. We have also had great diagnostic and repair service over the last four years from Alex, Dylan, Adam and Andrew multiple times on either or both of the units. They're great and we highly recommend them.

Update: Had a great experience with AAA from start to finish in the process of getting my new furnace (duct cleaning was a part of that process). Buying a new furnace is expensive and (in my case) unexpected. This company has a lovely team and a solid process for walking you through it. I'm very pleased with the new furnace and would definitely recommend AAA.

Isaiah came to our place yesterday to service our furnace, and it was a great experience. Communication was easy and clear, he was on time and professional. AAA installed our furnace and services it every year, and everyone we’ve had over is great. We’ll keep calling them for furnace needs!

We truly received A+ service with the installation of our Daikin heat pump with mini-splits. Our estimator and project manager, Cristen was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. She even made two trips to our house when we changed our minds on the set-up to make sure everything would go smoothly and meet our needs. Our installers were top-notch Chris and Silvio were, polite, timely, efficient and showed excellent teamwork. They answered all of our questions and left the work areas clean at the end of each day. I would highly recommend AAA heating and cooling.

We've been customers of AAA Heating and Cooling for over 20 years. Across two houses and multiple installations and service visits their team continues to delight me. I could not be at our home for the scheduled appointment. Within minutes of calling the main number the wonderfully polite receptionist whose voice I recognize had instructions out to the technician for remote entry into the home. In addition, we had a new filter shipped from Amazon it was on our doorstep, and the technician also followed instructions to open the package and use that new filter saving us money at triple A's expense mind you. He was on time. He was courteous on the phone when I spoke to him. He was informative of what we needed and why. I felt like I had been doing business with him for years. His name is Isaiah, and boy did he represent his company well. I wanted to write this review to highlight his professional and interpersonal skills. And I will also be sending a service tip as s follow up. He deserves it. The receptionist deserves it. AAA Heating and Cooling deserves it!

We had a great experience with AAA. Austin was super helpful and genuine when he evaluated our AC needs and gave us an estimate. There was a slight miscommunication about how long the installation would take but when we needed service for our mini splits, Chris and Isaiah showed up the same day on two separate occasions and fixed the issue. We would definitely recommend AAA.

We had such a wonderful experience with AAA. Cristen was so easy to talk to, walked me through all our options and made everything really clear and easy to understand. After receiving a few other quotes, we went with AAA. First we had our ducts cleaned by Bo and that was an easy experience. Then we were put on the schedule within two weeks of signing the contract to have a new AC and radiator installed. Chris and Silvio did the installation and I couldn’t believe how quickly it went. They worked hard for just under two days and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were always polite, clean and respectful of our space. After they left you couldn’t even tell they were there. Along the way Cristen called and checked in multiple times to see how everything was going. We really really couldn’t be happier to have had this experience and I’m so glad we went with AAA.

Beau and Mario were sent to clean the ducts. They worked quickly, efficiently, and quietly. Extremely happy with the work they did. They even cleaned my dryer duct as an extra.

Ernesto was sent to do the maintenance on the AC and furnace. He was very thorough and had some excellent recommendations for the future.

Our new property manager did because the house we rent hadn’t had any maintenance for the last seven years. So they called AAA, and we were lucky enough to have Ernesto come check out our busted furnace.

Ernesto was Punctual. Polite. Professional. Happy. And answered all of our questions. Not only did he perform a full inspection of our furnace but he made a full list of needed maintenance and suggested upgrades.

Saved me from a broken furnace in the winter. Very timely and professional. Cristen was a fantastic contact who came out on an off day to set up the job, really went above and beyond to get my replacement going. John and Angel did a great job installing my furnace. Bo and Mario were very quick and professional duct cleaners. Will definitely use AAA again.

These guys installed a three head mini split in my condo. There was no pressure on the sale and the installers were great and were quick to fix any issues that came up. Highly recommend.
