Cristen was my contact at AAA, and was very helpful and responsive from start to finish. She walked me through the pros and cons of the options for my house, and was able to quickly answer all of my questions. Jorge and Angel installed my ducted, concealed heat pump. The two were professional, friendly, and courteous of my needs, as I work from home. They were communicative throughout the 2.5 days they were here, kept my basement clean and organized throughout the installation, and walked me through operation and maintenance when the project was complete. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from these three.

The experience was amazing from start to finish. The crew that did our mini split installation did a fantastic job and were especially kind and considerate for following our request to wear masks due to family health issues going on at the time. I highly recommend the company due to transparency of pricing as well as the people working there were a pleasure to work with.

The crew also completed the job in a day less than expected!

They reached out to us to schedule a filter replacement for our new furnace which was covered under warranty. While here the tech sold my wife on a surge protector, convincing her the circuit breaker was not safe enough for our AC unit (which hasn’t been a problem for years), but didn’t fix the banging noise the new furnace makes. Not only was it overly expensive and unnecessary, but it’s also a big ugly nightlight in the middle of our outdoor space. Now I have a $350 eyesore to remind me not to trust AAA.

Update: Just had a great service visit with Tyler! he explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions, was polite nd patient.

Had a great experience dealing with Kyle, AAA came in to my duplex apartment and replaced both units in a day, the install was well done, they cleaned up afterwards and all went very smoothly.

I fully recommend AAA Heating and Cooling! Boomer set me up with a good Daikin system and John and Jesse did an excellent job on the installation! Boomer was very open and responsive as we went through the system selection and quote process.

John did the install as promised in 2 days. He took the care to keep the home clean, was considerate and responsive and went the extra mile with details during the install. Clean up area before installing new units, walk through the process when I asked questions, shared his thoughts and recommendations, and ultimately provided an installed system that does the job as expected.

Sean and Stephanie did an excellent job cleaning our heater ducts and dryer vent. We were not at home at the time and they left the house in perfect condition. Our dachshund, Red, was at home and they were very good with him. We have used AAA for many years and they have always done top notch work.

I had AAA come and do my yearly maintenance this December 2024. Isaiah did an outstanding job. He was thorough, explained what he did and was friendly and courteous. Thank you once again for excellent service!

After getting multiple quotes from various HVAC companies I ended up choosing AAA due to the professionalism of their staff. I truly appreciated the level of customer service Kyle provided by calling me before he would be showing up to look around and provide me with a free quote. Kyle was great at understanding what I was looking for and getting me a very competitive quote. His ability to establish a great rapport with me was what closed the deal.

From there the installation team (Matt and Chris) picked up right where Kyle had left off. They called ahead and showed up exactly when they said they would. I showed Matt and Chris where I wanted the unit to be installed and they jumped into action. They were extremely courteous when needing to come into my house and before I knew it, they had finished everything. They did a thorough job of testing both my furnace and air conditioner before heading out and left no mess behind.

We worked with AAA this spring to get our old HVAC system modernized with an all electric heat pump stack and they did a great job.

Customer service was fantastic; Boomer answered about a million questions and emails, and even followed up after we told him we had to wait a few months before we could commit to anything. I also appreciated how transparent he was about pricing, rebates, discounts, etc. We were able to pick and choose add-ons and the particular system we wanted and see the dollar amounts associated with each item up front, rather than having to wait for an opaque quote or keep coming back to ask for different equipment configurations. It made it a lot easier to budget and make decisions on what we wanted to get.

The installation itself (and preceding duct cleaning) were quick, clean, and professional. John and Jackson were friendly and happy to answer questions. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was set up in a way we found convenient and aesthetically pleasing, which I really appreciated considering how big of a purchase a new HVAC system is. They were able to bust out the installation and have us up and running in 2 days!

The new heat pump is awesome - heats great, cools great, and the compressor is pretty quiet. We got our gas line capped off to boot, which we were pretty happy about.

Having done maintenance, a duct cleaning, and an HVAC removal and installation with AAA: they're a great company and offer a positive experience and stellar service.

What a great experience in using AAA and their entire team. My wife has been bugging me for years to get our air ducts cleaned and yes I continued to put it off. We have lived in our home for almost 50 years, did major renovation to our kitchen and basement and generated lots of construction debris. AAA providers pre/post photos and that tells the total story. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in dealing with a professional group of people.

I only work with AAA for 8 years now and I’m so thankful to have a solid company that I can rely on for high quality and that I can trust. I’ve had a couple of other terrible experiences with other companies and I recommend AAA to everyone. Their prices are not the cheapest, but totally fair for the quality of service they provide.

Andrew completed our annual service this year and his know how and friendly way reminded me of how glad I am to have found AAA. He was able to explain everything to me in a way that felt respectful and informative, while being nice. That’s pretty much how all the techs have been for our annual service, which is super nice.

Update we had our central air conditioning and heating cleaned by Adam and Richard. They're very professional. This did take a couple of hours as our home we bought last year had never had the central cleaned before. Adam explained what he was doing and why. We can surly tell the difference in our home.
I highly recommend AAA Heating and Cooling. Our central air conditioning wasn't working so well. I called them up and scheduled an appointment. It was a week out for service. I let them know if they had a cancellation I would like to take it. They did have one and Justin came out and serviced ours. He is super nice and polite. Even helped me save a little dog that was lost.
He answered our questions and showed us how to change the filter. (We are new to all the maintenance of air conditioning ).

Triple AAA Heating & Cooling has been coming to service my Furnace and Air Conditioner for many years now. Each time has been a good experience. This last time was exceptional. Sarah helped arrange a last-minute, same day appointment to service my systems but also find out what was causing a leak to run down the back of my house. Andrew was very thorough with his inspection, taking pictures, videos to better explain any issues or things to watch out for. He went above and beyond and found the source of the leak. Thank you!

We had this company come out to quote us for a new HVAC system. They strongly recommended a full replacement, which would have been very costly. We decided to get a second opinion, and another company diagnosed the issue and repaired a single broken part — no replacement was needed. Our HVAC now works perfectly.

We were disappointed that such an expensive replacement was recommended when it turned out unnecessary, and their repair quote was much higher than others. We appreciate their time, but based on our experience, we would recommend getting a second opinion before proceeding.

Our old A/C unit conked out last summer in our rental property, narrowly avoiding an electrical fire, but resulting in frozen over condenser coils which poured water onto the house's gas heater, causing further damage. Long story short, we ended up having to undertake a "surprise" complete new HVAC system overhaul, much to our dismay.

The light at the end of the tunnel was finding AAA Heating & Cooling, and all the knowledge and experience their sales and installation team provided to us (spearheaded by Cristen) in navigating the many equipment options we had to choose from, and helping ensure we were able to realize as many rebate and discount program opportunities as possible, which resulted in some very significant savings! From start to finish throughout the whole process, I felt I was given the details I needed to make informed choices, and there was never any pressure to make our decision too hastily.

At the end of the day, we ended up replacing our air conditioner, gas furnace, and thermostat, adding a mini-split, moving the whole stack of heating equipment to widen a hallway and provide better access to the equipment, and having our ducts cleaned. The cleaning and installation process for this job took just 2 1/2 days and we were provided unit heaters for the house for the time the systems were down.

Our satisfaction with the process and team was complete from start to finish! The same level of good service we experienced working with Cristen in narrowing down our equipment choices followed through during the whole process of scheduling the delivery, getting the ducts cleaned, the timeliness and efficiency of the installation team, quality of work performed, ease of closing out the permit, and excellent communication and follow through by every team member we spoke to or interacted with!

I cannot say enough good things about our main point of contact: Cristen, the duct cleaning crew: Sean & Stephanie, and our HVAC installers: Josh and Silvio. It's pretty weird to say, considering what a big and expensive undertaking this was for us to have to go through, but I actually look forward to the next HVAC project I have to do since I have a great partner in AAA to help with it all!

I had a great experience with AAA! Cristen walked us through our options and gave us a great quote, then Chris and his assistant performed a swift installation and left the site cleaner than when they found it. Our fancy new ducted heat pump is almost silent and sips power. A+ experience, start to finish.

We do not recommend AAA Heating and Cooling. Their technician incorrectly serviced our A/C, did not actually perform a cleaning, and then flooded our utility closet ruining drywall, flooring, and high-end filters. Their 5-star reviews are because they pay their technicians to tell their customers so it will get them bonuses. We are waiting on resolution from AAA ownership for this matter and there is zero urgency on behalf of AAA management.

TLDR: I highly recommend AAA Heating & Cooling for top-notch HVAC services. My experience has been outstanding and I am absolutely thrilled with my new furnace. Upgrading from my old system was a big decision, but the results have exceeded my expectations!

Last year, I received the unwelcome news that my 24-year-old furnace was no longer in good shape. The cost of replacement was higher than anticipated, which initially threw me off balance. I decided to explore all my options. I sought bids from numerous HVAC companies, and though many offered competitive pricing, there was always something missing from their proposals. AAA Heating & Cooling stood out because of their accurate calculations, top-of-the-line equipment, excellent warranties, stellar reputation, and transparent communication. They weren’t the cheapest option, but I understood that opting for the lowest price often means compromising on quality. My home is the most important place in the world to me. Realizing that I might live with this equipment for the next 20 years, I knew I didn’t want to cut corners. On the other side of this significant investment, I’m incredibly happy with my decision to work AAA and I love my new furnace.

The new variable speed furnace has been a game changer. With our old system, we used to hear it kick on, and the metal vents would rattle loudly. This new furnace operates so quietly that it has faded into the background. The temperature now remains precisely as we set it, with no fluctuations. We enjoy a consistent, comfortable environment throughout the day.

I’m also very pleased with the Daikin thermostat. The touchscreen interface is sleek and intuitive. The mobile app allows convenient control from my phone. Setting up preferences was easy. I’ve got it programmed to drop the temp every night around bedtime which means I’m even sleeping better thanks to AAA Heating & Cooling!

The thermostat includes a reminder for changing the filter, which is a thoughtful touch. I opted for the Aprilaire filter system, so I don’t worry about frequent changes. When it’s time for a swap, the process is really easy. Overall, the improvement in air quality is noticeable.

None of this would have been possible without our exceptional installers, Chris and Silvio. WOW! Their work was outstanding. Their professionalism, skill, and attention to detail were evident throughout the process. They took immense pride in their work, which is reflected in the high-quality installation. I gained a newfound respect for the craftsmanship involved in HVAC work. They were courteous and friendly and seemed genuinely happy in their work. At one point, I even heard Silvio singing cheerfully through the ductwork, which made me smile. I felt completely at ease having them in our home and enjoyed their visit so much that I would gladly welcome them back anytime!

I have complete confidence that I made the right choice with AAA Heating & Cooling. Their excellent service and commitment to quality have earned my trust, and I know who I’ll be calling for all my future HVAC needs!

PREVIOUS REVIEW: I initially scheduled service with Cristen, who was pleasant and easy to work with over the phone. Adam and Jorge came to service my AC and furnace. After a thorough inspection, they informed me that my furnace was no longer safe to run. Fortunately, AAA Heating & Cooling responded promptly. Kayla called me later that day, and Garrett came out to review the equipment. He was well-prepared and provided several detailed quotes, explaining the differences between options and answering all my questions about pricing and the latest furnace technology.

We've been using AAA for years to keep our heater in good working order. We recently needed servicing especially with the winter weather and they had Nick here in just two days. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and proved once again that AAA has earned our trust.

AAA Heating and Cooling continually provide amazing service and maintenance on all of our appliances. So much so that we only go to them for our large home appliance needs.
