Everything about working with Central Air has been top notch - online booking system is slick, fast response time, friendly and informative technicians, and excellent communication to let you know what to expect during service and installation. We just had a new heat pump installed and water heater flushed and could not have asked for a smoother process. Much appreciated!

John, from Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing was fantastic! I had another company stop by the week prior. They told me I needed to get a new unit. John came in and was very friendly and professional. He pulled everything out of the fireplace and inspected it. He discovered a spider was clogging the gas line. He took care of everything and gave the unit a tuneup. My wife and kids will be so pleased to be able to read by the fireplace this evening. I am a huge fan of John and Central Air Heating, Cooling and Plumbing.

We've had Rick from Central Air out twice now. The first time was during a heatwave this past summer when our A/C went out. Their dispatch was able to get someone out the very same morning I called, which was a pleasant surprise. My friends and neighbors often have to wait up to a few days to get someone out during a major weather event. Anyway, their technician Rick Schwarz was able to resolve the problem and we were up and running again!
Since I was quite pleased with their service and Rick's ability, I signed up for a maintenance contract where they come out twice a year, at the beginning of heating season and again at the start of cooling season. I just had the heating service done and when Rick came by I told him that I had smelled natural gas near the furnace. He was able to resolve the gas leak during the service call at no extra charge, which was much appreciated as a recent retiree. So in short, I can recommend this company without reservation!

Both guys were fantastic. One serviced my gas fireplace which looks and runs much better and the other one found my furnace to be two stage, it was only set to single. What a great experience from a team who cares about the customer.

We’re so glad we got a second opinion and had Seth come out to look at our HVAC system. Another company quoted us over $4k in replacement parts just to “fix” the problem, but Seth quickly figured out it was just a programming issue. He was honest, transparent, and incredibly helpful.
