Kenny Buchanan performed a seasonal maintenance on my gas furnace. I have received annual tune-up several times and was always satisfied. This time I was thrilled! He not only was competent, professional and friendly but exceeded my expectations. Kenny identified and resolved a cycling issue that had been causing me anxiety. He also made some additional recommendations for future repair and protection. Kenny was absolutely perfect. I am so happy! Thank you.

Michael was very efficient, he was also friendly, polite, courteous and helpful. His knowledge was impressive. Unfortunately my much older fireplace needed a very hard to come by part so my issue was not resolved…. But Micheal is contacting suppliers to hopefully acquire the part in a few weeks (maybe b4 the holidays 🤞🏼). Excellent customer service… thank you Michael (hard to come by these days)!

Michael was at our house to perform a maintenance service on our HVAC system, today, and was as professional and pleasant as could be. This was our second encounter with him, and we have been very happy with his service and explanations of everything, both times.

The pilot light on our gas fireplace would not ignite like it usually does, when we tried to turn it back on for season, so we assumed a part must have expired. The appointment, today, was also to include a diagnosis and repair of whatever the issue was with the fireplace. Michael looked at it and was able to get the pilot light to engage, so he didn’t charge us to look at it. My husband is legally blind, but he has never had trouble getting the pilot light back on in the 27 years that we’ve lived here. Michael got down on the floor, next to my husband, explaining everything he would need to feel if the problem ever happened again. It was really kind, and I appreciated his sensitivity to my husband’s dignity. Even our daughter’s cat, who is staying with us temporarily and is normally very skiddish, knew he was a good guy and walked up to him.

We are also very happy with Central Air, as a company. The office staff has always been courteous and professional. We are glad that we chose them for our HVAC/AC maintenance plan needs. If you’re looking to switch from the othe”R” company 😉😉 that overcharges for everything and tries to upsell every time they talk to you, you will not be sorry to choose Central Air for your heating/cooling/plumbing needs. We’ve been very happy that we made the switch.

These folks are always great. Scheduling my annual checkup appointment was quick and easy. There was good communication about when my tech would arrive. Seth was friendly, professional, and thorough, explaining everything when he was done. If you get a chance, sign up for their service contract. It's a good deal and affords you discounted rates if you need more services through the year. Absolutely would recommend.

Had a wonderful experience today with Brett. He tuned up my furnace identified a few possible trouble spots and educated me on my hvac system. A nice guy to work with and system’s running great. Highly recommend

Kenny came out to help when my furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. Same-day service had no extra charge! Super friendly customer service all around. Heater was up and running quickly, but Kenny made sure the whole system was running smoothly (he didn’t just slap a bandaid on). I’m so glad I found an honest and thorough company. Highly recommend!

Tim was great today! He was knowledgeable and personable. Was reasonable and practical! As a single mom, I'm so grateful for the ongoing support of central air heating and cooling. Always reliable and definitely a necessary part of my home ownership journey. I was worried I'd be facing an astronomical bill, but the amazing maintenance plan is so reasonable! His hours today were completely covered. Such a welcome level of community and customer service in a world where that's not the norm.

We were reccomended to Central Air by our daughter and son in law who recently had their fireplace serviced and needed a new furnace. They were very happy with them also.

I had a wonderful experience with this company! I woke up to a freezing house when my heater went out. I called in the morning and they were able to get someone out to my house that afternoon. Kenny showed up and was very nice, knowledgeable and professional! Turns out I needed to replace my furnace and AC unit. He gave me the entire run down with pictures and explained what was wrong and what my options were. Rolph, who is the project manager came out right away and he finished the measurements, pricing, etc. Both were great to work with! Pricing is very fair and I will be using them again for everything related to heating and air conditioning. Excited for the installation coming up, which they were able to get me in quickly. Definitely recommend 10/10!
I wanted to make an update since having the furnace and AC unit installed. Cash, Braden and Sean were so nice and professional! After the installation Cash showed me the new furnace and explained what they did and all the new safety features. He hooked up the new thermostat and showed me how to use it. Great company and with the best employees!

Rick was very thorough and explained everything he had done to keep our furnace running more efficiently. He also made low-key suggestions for maintenance and eventual replacement. He was very personable and easy to talk to and I felt he genuinely cared and was looking out for my best interest. I highly recommend Central Air and their Maintenance Membership program.

Thank you Integrity Air for installing my new mini split ductless heat pump. My older (1988) condo presented a number of challenges for installation. Account Manager Jace Jones spent a lot of time thoroughly exploring the issues and explaining the options. We determined I would need an electrical panel upgrade and Jace coordinated both the heat pump and electrical teams so the work could be done in one day. He quickly responded to all my questions and provided all the documents for my condo HOA requirements. I highly recommend Jace Jones and Integrity Air for their excellent communication, efficient installation and professionalism throughout.

Integrity Air LLC gave me a quick installation date, was on time, the 2 workers were courteous and professional and went to work right away, finished quickly and my furnace has hummed along every since. Integrity workers picked up all used material and left my driveway and basement neat and clean. Very satisfied with Integrity!! Have recommended them to my friends!!

estimate I was so pleased I hired him right away. The work was
carried out professionally and we where pleased.
I waited to use heater before I would give a review the units work
so much better than our old one did when it was new.

Today we had a visit by Integrity Air for routine maintenance of our HVAC system and it reminded me again of how much I appreciate the customer-oriented service we have always received from Integrity. Their sales and service employees are honest, skilled, and informative about options when there’s a repair or replacement needed. Their name says it all-they have integrity.

I can not say enough good things about Integrity Air. The staff and management are top notch. Kyle personally came by twice a couple years ago on his way home to do warranty repairs on our furnace which he hadn't even installed. When it came time to replace our AC there was no question who I would trust to do the job.

They arrived on time and worked hard all day to get our new HVAC system operational that day. They took care to clean up, fully test and explain everything with the new system. The workers were professional and polite.

technician Matteo Gouveia came out and repaired our furnace that we bought from integrity air in 2019,cant say enough about this company.they came out same day as i called and inspected and ordered parts and within a week the parts came in and was repaired them same day.
That young man is an asset to that company.
