Integrity installed a heat pump for me and was amazing from start to finish! From the consultation to the installation day, everything went smoothly. My dad had recommended them and they had done a great job in his home prior to this. Highly recommend!

The service repairmen are very professional and well versed in their profession. No upselling,just sound service and information on what they did. Am always confident when I call them that they will do the job right.

Outstanding!! The crew did a superior job removing our old HVAC equipment and installing the new furnace and AC. They did a lot of extras, like building a level surface on a steep hill for our AC--just one example. The installation was a difficult one and they a fantastic job!

We had a great experience with a furnace and heat pump install. Jace was the account manager and helped us in the beginning and took the time, even after hours, to help us answer any questions we had. He was thorough and made sure we were confident with the install.

His installation team was quick and overall fine. There were some things we didn't like after the install, such as trash left in the attic, fingerprints left on our ceiling, and ceiling vents that weren't installed correctly (couldn't open/shut the vents because it was interfering with the laths on our ceiling). But some of the issues weren't a big deal, so we let that go.

We noticed a couple things a few months after the install when we started using the heat pumps: the tape from the insulation wrapping the ducts was coming off, and our primary room wasn't getting that much air flow compared to the other rooms. We let Jace know, and he took care of it right away. He had his scheduler help us book a technician to fix those issues (as well as our ceiling vent issue mentioned above), and he did. We are now satisfied. It's good to know we can go back and ask Integrity Air about issues when they occur. It makes us feel like they want us to be satisfied with their work and services. Thank you.

Great experience, super fast from start to finish, smooth installation and we love our Mitsubishi hyper heat pump! Ben and the installers were knowledgeable, the price was right and I wish all of our home improvement projects were this easy!

Could not have been happier with Integrity Air!We were without air conditioning and our 30-year-old furnace needed to be replaced and updated. Integrity sent Jace Jones right away to review, measure, recommend and bid on the job. The bid was highly competitive and the best one out of 3 bids. Within a couple weeks, the installers came and finished in a day. The installers went above and beyond. The price was excellent and the teams professionalism was unmatched.

Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Ended up getting our 28 year old furnace replaced. I highly recommend Integrity Air and will be using them when our A/C needs replacing.

I can't say enough good things about the folks at Integrity Air! Ben Adams got us a great price on a new furnace install. His guys did great work and they were able to get us warm again before any other company would have been able to.

Integrity Air installed our air system only 2.5 years ago and we just had to pay almost $10,000 in repairs due to their shoddy work. In one section they didn’t even use the correct equipment and just duct taped pieces together. Communication was also terrible. Do your research and choose wisely.

Two years ago integrity air installed a new furnace and air conditioner and we just noticed water leaking from the furnace on to the floor!! We called for service and the next day they sent out a service technician to investigate the problem. The technician,Corbin Lucas quickly identified the problem of the leaking water. It was a broken pipe in our attic!! As we had just replaced our roof a few months ago the pipe had likely broken then. Corbin quickly made the needed repairs and checked out the rest of the system including replacing the filter!! Corbin was very knowledgeable and professional and explained every step of the problem and the repair process including photos of both before and after the repairs!!

Edgar was professional and personable. He eased my mind about my furnace for a second opinion. I will be moving my maintenance and tune up program over and canceling with the other company.

Kindra at Integrity Air contacted me after I signed up for bids via the PGE Heat Pump program during a heat wave last summer, to replace an aging gas furnace & A/C system. Other contractors came in with much higher bids including a lot of replacement electrical and duct work, but Jace found a way to get us a great ducted Mitsubishi system that worked with what we had.

Jace was extremely helpful and willing to answer my technical questions about the proposed system after providing a same day estimate. From email to estimate was less than a week, they were able to schedule me for installation two weeks from email, and install took one day. The new system has been quiet, efficient, and kept us comfortable through summer and winter.

I recently had a new furnace installed and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Craig did a fantastic job - he explained everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and left the setup spotless.

Mike was great to work with and friendly, communicative, and cleared up all my concerns before the installation. It was a pleasure chatting with him!

After interviewing two other contractors we decided to have Integrity Air install our new heat pump. We are so glad we did! We have been using the Mitsubishi heat pump for a little over a month now and have been very happy with the unit. Integrity assured us that the extended capacity heat pump would meet our needs and did not need a backup furnace, which had been proposed by the other two contractors. This saved us thousands of dollars. Integrity Air took care of all the permitting, and were quick to respond when the inspector required a small modification to the system. When the original blower unit was discovered to have a defective casing at install time, they were also very responsive in getting us a replacement first thing the next morning. Overall we've been very satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend Jace, his team, and Integrity Air to others needing to replace their HVAC system.

I am very happy with all the work done by Integrity Air. When my 25 year old furnace went on the fritz a year ago they were persistent in identifying the problem and finding a fix. It took several visits from increasingly experienced technicians, but I don't hold that against them because the issue turned out to be extremely deep-rooted and subtle. The fix was temporary, but the technician who ultimately found it, Austin, was fully transparent about that fact.

That "band-aid" solution failed about a year later, and I knew it was time to replace the whole system. I got quotes from 4 different companies, and Jace from Integrity provided the clear winner, thousands of dollars less for a higher end unit than the most comparable quote from their competitors. It's also worth noting that out of all the thorough and high quality assessments and quotes I received from different companies, Jace was the only representative who really prioritized ensuring that I understood the product specs and distinctions between models. He took several calls from me to clarify some of those details.

Installation was fast and professional, taking several hours over only one day. My only complaint was the loss of an auxiliary AC outlet (single plug) that had been on the old furnace. I had hoped to keep it because my garage is rather short on electrical outlets. Integrity sub-contracts with Green Tree Electric for the electrical components of these installations, and it just so happened that the electrician came to do his part while I was on a work call. When I came out he had already come and gone, having removed the outlet which was apparently not in compliance with modern building codes. I was bummed about losing the outlet because I thought I'd mentioned to Jace that I wanted to keep it, but to be fair after meeting with guys from 4 different companies I can't be certain that I discussed that specific detail with him. In any case, Jace made some calls, pulled some favors, and got me a steeply discounted follow-up visit from Green Tree to add a full GFCI outlet in my garage, which is a huge upgrade over the little furnace outlet I lost.

All said, fantastic service, fantastic value, 5 stars all the way!

The people at Integrity Air did an amazing job! First Mike, who came and walked me through the process and helped with getting the HOA approval done for me. I appreciated that he was willing to communicate directly with the HOA. Garrett and Cesar were awesome! They were so respectful of making sure my new floors were protected. They were both so professional. Garrett took the time to explain how the system works and gave me a lesson on how to program the remote. They were there for the entire day and when they left, everything was clean and tidy--it's like they were never there. Kindra in the office was super kind and accommodating, when I realized I needed to reschedule. All in all, I am a very satisfied customer.
