Quick shout out to our Service Technician, Cody. Whom we started working with back in April for all our plumbing, system installation and system maintenance needs.

Cody works well under pressure in emergency situations while maintaining professionalism and understanding in unique, what seem like “Reality TV Show” chaos-ness of household settings. Including watchful, curious, over helpful small children wanting to pay for Cody’s services directly with money from their piggy bank, messy teenagers, to pets that mimic conversations and laugh at random as he genuinely explains with seriousness the service plan of action and entailed costs.

Cody thinks outside of the box to resolve the service issue while being mindful of costs and saving money for his clients. He is reliable, keeps great communication at all times, is punctual and tidy at every service call.

Our technician, Michael, was great. Neat, quiet (we work from home), friendly, and knowledgeable. He serviced both gas fireplace, cleaning them and resolving an issue, and explained what he saw and how he fixed it. Much appreciated and will recommend the company. Thanks!

Super good company to do business with. Chris Merkle came over for a biannual inspection and found a problem with our heat pump. It was a tricky issue but with expert troubleshooting he was able to identify and fix the problem. With very friendly and highly competent service, Chris took the time to explain things clearly to me. I'd highly recommend these guys for any HVAC needs. On top of that you should spring for the $15 monthly fee to get twice yearly inspections, discounts and priority service. It's well worth it for the peace of mind. Three Thumbs Up!

Chris came out to service my furnace and was friendly, courteous and professional. He let me know some things I may want to do to help the life of the furnace and was knowledgeable and informative on any questions or concerns I had. A great company and great workers I refer all my neighbors about them!

Great company to work with, showed up on time, the service team Alex and Kade was very professional worked clean and left clean, very knowledgeable. After the installation they walked me through everything , made sure I had no questions before they left.

We’ve had a great experience working with Central Air. Cody has now been by our house a few times to help a few times, and has consistently balanced thoughtful attempts to find solutions with empathy and patience as he helps us understand what’s going on. We’ve been really pleased with and grateful for his help!

We have used Central Air to take care of our aging heat pump/HVAC for several years now. Consistently, we have received highly competent, honest, and friendly service at reasonable prices. Our heat pump is still going strong in both summer and winter, in no small part thanks to the regular maintenance and a few small fixes by Central Air over time.

The most recent semi-annual visit was from Seth, who was just terrific-- he really knew his stuff and was genuine and kind. He also talked through with us the pros and cons of a few parts replacement options going forward, but without any hard sell, which we really appreciated. This is the kind of integrity and consistency from a company's team that keeps customers coming back year after year.

Michael was able to quickly assess the issue with my fireplace switch not igniting and fixed the wiring and the gas flue. He also made sure that the fireplace place unit was operating safely, which I appreciated very much. He was very courteous, showed up on time and made sure that he left the fireplace space cleaner than when he arrived.

Kenny did a great job on routine maintenance for our heater, which involved cleaning the internal fan. He described what he would be doing, based on a prior inspection, and provided detailed pictures of the completed work. I appreciated his courteous approach and technical expertise. Thanks.

Super friendly! Michael took off his shoes and put down a blanket to protect the hard wood floors, our animals will now be saved this winter now that our fireplace is fixed!

Rico was very friendly and did a great job servicing and replacing the broken part. The only negative of the overall experience was that it took 4 days for the new part for our furnace to arrive, which left us in the cold to during that time. I would hope there would be a better system in place for a faster turnaround on parts. None of that is the fault of the service workers, though, who were great. Also, I appreciate having someone here on a Saturday.

This was our first time using Central Air for a furnace tuneup. I was told on the phone that the tech would explain their membership program at the appointment, but there would be no obligation. Truthfully I wasn't looking forward to that. But I needed the tuneup.

Rich came out and was very thorough. We got to see pictures of the inside of our furnace and before & afters. He said our furnace was in good shape for its age and recommended one item for cleaning. He did tell me about the membership program, and just like the lady said, it was truly a no pressure situation. But I signed up for it anyway because it is a great deal.

Central Air Heating and Cooling performed our semi-annual heating system check up yesterday. Our technician was Rick , Schwarz and he was a top-notch servicer. He was on time, very professional and personable. He performed all parts of the service, gave us photos, an estimate for what needed work and was so friendly. He even gave our dogs treats and love. What a great technician and company. Prices were great and within our means. I will definitely use them again!!
