Excellent all around! We have a 100 year old house with some quirky venting issues and they were able to expertly fix them quickly and with impeccable finish work. And more than fair pricing on the install of a shiny new A/C system! Seriously heads and tails better than any HVAC company I’ve ever had to deal with.

I am a general contractor. I have used several HVAC companies over the years, but now I only use Integrity Air. I find Integrity Air to be extremely easy to work with. Jace came out right away and I had my estimate in my inbox before the week was out. They are quick, efficient and thorough. During the site visit we discussed several awkward installation scenarios and unusual restrictions around the former and existing duct work. Jace offered several solutions and then executed them on installation day.
I think the issue I generally have with sub contractors are around communication. I don't get a call back, I'm never sure who's coming and when, or they promise something they can't deliver. I have found Integrity to be the opposite. They call, text or email promptly, schedule quickly and reliability, alert me when and who is showing up, then they show up on time and do the work with skill and attention to detail.

Great experiences every time we work with Integrity. Matteo came out today for a furnace inspection. He was super friendly, and was great about answering all my questions. We also had a great experience last year when Integrity installed a mini split for my detached office, which keeps it perfectly comfortable all year round. We'd highly recommend them to anyone!

We had Mateo out to look at our furnace that another company had quoted us over $3000 to fix. He was on time, friendly, and professional. He identified the issue, and got it fixed for under $1000. He was happy to explain everything to us and answered all of our questions. Had been working great ever since. I will continue to use integrity into the foreseeable future.

We wanted to change out our current HVAC system to a Heat Pump. We called Integrity Air LLC and they came out and gave us a reasonable quote. Within a week we had an appointment to install our new system. Everything was done in a day. Very professional and friendly. All our questions were answered and we love our new system.

I have more than a basic understanding of heating systems and interviewed four other HVAC companies in Portland in addition to Integrity Air. Jace, the sales representative, was by far the most knowledgeable, honest and willing to address the needs of our century-old house.
He designed a heating, air conditioning and filtration system that has perfectly met our needs. The installation techs arrived on time, worked very professionally throughout the day on a duct system that required some modification, and stayed until the job was done that evening, a long day for them but very much appreciated by our family. This is a good company and I have recommended them to friends.

Did a great job on our AC and furnace install in 2017 and 2018, but have tried using them now and the service has fallen off. Don't return calls, charge hundreds of dollars for inspections that take 5 minutes and never follow up with estimates for potential jobs....etc. I think they've been bought out by a less reputable HVAC company and now their operations and service are terrible. Won't use them again.

The Integrity team are great! They installed a Mitsubishi H2i ducted heat pump. It was a difficult installation due to my attic space but they made it work and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended this company.

From the initial consult and bid, to the follow up check in by our rep after install, integrity airs service was top notch. Jace walked us through all of our options and answered all questions in a professional manner. The installation crew got everything done in one day, walked us through the entire operation of the new furnace and didn't leave a trace behind when they left. I'd highly recommend Integrity to all my friends.

Replaced ancient A/C and failing furnace. We'd had 3 outfits out to see job and didnt feel comfortable. Salesy, contradictory input. Called American Standard direct and checked Integrity reviews. Jace came over and patiently answered questions, made it very real and clear what to do, no delays or supply issues. Five weeks later, Gabe and Sully did install - piping, sheet metal, etc all in a day, site left immaculate. Took us through new thermostat. Outstanding work. Days later, on a Friday night, we realized the water heater was off. Selected orompt #5. Service guy, Christian, was over within an hour - and all is good. The best contractor experience we have ever had!

The Integrity Air team did a great job of installing both a high efficiency electric heat pump with your partners installed a tankless water heater. They returned several times to address a noise issue emanating from the heat pump that was due to it’s connection to the house and concerns regarding the thermostat. We are very pleased with the work and the professionalism of Integrity Air.

Very good service. Not the cheapest but fair price. Good custumer support and responsive to my requests because I asked for something additional. You can see the pictures before and after and it looks way better. You almost can't tell there is an AC unit. Of course it is running perfect and house is fresh but it is brand new.

I had some post installation service and I wished the communication was a bit better but we worked thru.

I also took into consideration that it was a local family owned business.

PS I don't have any other experience with any other AC installer. I got several other quotes and they all looked very professional.

You installed my air 4-5 years ago. After little two years, the system failed completing to cool. Your tech said the system had lost all of its refrigerant. So he told that would cost $1600 to fix it. You ultimately took responbility and fix it. One year later your tech was over again for annual maintenance. After reviewing the system, he claimed that my air conditioner had lost lots refrigerant so he would have to charge me to add requirement amout of refrigerant. As you can imagine, I was not very happy. So I called one of your managers and he was very kind to show up and test the unit himself. Well, he found out that the system was working fine and needed just minute amount of refrigeration which is occasionally ok to do that. Nothing unusual. So that said, I am not sure i would any trust to have Integrity have anything to do with my air conditioner.

Corbin is a truly AMAZING service technician! Corbin was professional friendly knowledge courteous and went above and beyond our expectations.

Had a great experience getting a heat pump installed by Jace and team. I had a lot of questions and they were happy to answer them. Initially the system wasn't quite tuned for my older furnace, so they came back within a day to sort that out. Highly recommend the folks at Integrity Air based on my experience.

I was with Roth for years and, though I felt their service was good, I always felt like I’d have to sit through a sales pitch. Like every time they serviced my HVAC system they’d recommend replacing the whole thing as if dropping $10K was no big deal. My neighbor recommended Integrity when my furnace stopped working. Mateo came out and was friendly, awesome and didn’t deliver any kind of sales pitch. He simply identified the problem, ordered the part and came back and fixed it. The price was perfectly reasonable and he was great to work with. I’m sticking with Integrity moving forward.
