I have always used Jacob's for over 40 years. Bought a mini split from them that had a warranty. The inside unit started making noise so i called them. The tech spent 5 minutes said the fan motor needed replacing. He charged me $175 for what i already knew. He said the part is under warranty but not the labor. Kiddingly i said oh that will be $500. He came back at me and said it would be $1,500!!! Are you kidding me? For 2 hours of work? I called service thinking this was wrong. I got told 'take it or leave it'! That its a 4 hour job. So they take $1,500 for a 2 to 4 hour job!! And i bought it for the warranty but there is none! I was lied to when they sold it to me and after 40 years they treat me like shit! Terrible service department and sales lied to me. 'We take care of everything' which was just to get the sale. I am discussed at how i have been treated. And they wont even sell me the part to do it myself. I checked and it is not that hard.
Yep just take the money and to hell with customer support!

Jacobs Heating installed a new AC in my house one year ago. I was very pleased with the work and the performance of the unit. Jacobs came out to do their complementary one year service check on the unit; it passed with no issues. Interestingly my furnace began making a concerning noise the next day. Jacobs promptly sent a service tech who identified a loose panel left from their visit as the culprit. They did not charge me for coming out for that issue. I was very happy with their response and not charging for the visit. Definitely will continue doing business with Jacobs and highly recommend them.

I recently had a new high-efficiency (97% AFUE) gas furnace installed by Jacobs Heating & Air Conditioning. I can't say exactly how I heard about them other than they are just known in the community as the place to call - the 'Les Schwab' of our local heating world. The install was seamless, the crew was professional, and the new system is fantastic. If you want peace of mind, just call Jacobs.

What a great company we went with. Mark S. Was our first contact after realizing that our 40 year old furnace needed to be replaced. He totally understood what we wanted and put together a package that was affordable.
Brandon and Diego were the installers assigned you our house. They were very professional and got the job done with ease. They had their work cut out for them with an expanded vent going into our second story crawl space and moving the air conditioner on the other side of the house.

Just had a new furnace installed and would highly recommend Jacob’s. Our installer Diego did a great job - working in a small confined area, moving the old and new equipment thru another small area in the pouring rain, covering the working area and not leaving a trace when all completed.

My heat went out, Jacob's had installed my furance years ago,( it is an old unit but still running well) and my parents for years always used them. They immediately scheduled me and I had a technician arrive and resolve the issue, my furnace was up and running in a timely fashion. My technician was Bryan D. and the person in service was Kayla both were professional, kind and attentive to my concerns regards to my furnance being out. I can't refer or regard them high enough I was so impressed at the detail and consideration that it was very cold out and they responded so quickly due to it is their high season and I know busy with other customers. Bryan D was terrific. Did a great job diagnosing and resolving our issue and helped educate me in the process. Friendly, professional, showed up early after we gave very short notice, resolved the issue and saved us some money too! Thank you!

Had a great experience with Jacobs. We worked with Jessica to get a bid on a new furnace and their quote was the most reasonable by far - not to mention Jessica was the kindest, most professional (and coolest!) sales rep we met in this process. Our installation was seamless and they were able to get us on the schedule ASAP since we didn't have heat - even though we were new customers. Love that it is a woman-owned company. Highly recommend Jacobs!

The team at the Pro Heating have been genuine in their service. Cesar was very helpful and did his best to give us a good deal. Luis did an A+ job with the installment of gas piping for our home. Well thought out and very clean execution of the way he placed the piping and drilling. My husband is very picky and when he saw the work he was very impressed at the execution. Lupe did a great job fixing our cooling system. He was professional, efficient, and took the time to thoroughly explain how to use our dual climate zone. We really appreciated how informative and helpful he was throughout the process.

Called Pro Heating and Cooling to come out to fix our heater today. Lupe M was our technician and he was top notch. Very courteous and knew exactly what to do and even told us that the builder had left the wrong size filter and brought us the correct one! He even came out on one of the worst weather days this winter!! Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Lupe M. from Pro Heating. He came out to investigate why our furnace was intermittently shutting off. He made adjustments, and explained everything clearly. He also went the extra mile by noticing that the vents downstairs were facing the wrong way and adjusted them for better airflow. I called Pro Heating for a furnace clean up. Lupe Mora was on time, nice, courteous and knowledgeable. He went right to work and cleaned everything including the blower which apparently really needed it. He didn’t cut corners and made sure every part of my furnace was squeaky clean. I had other companies working on it before but none of them went into the details like Lupe did. I really appreciate Pro Heating and they will definitely be my go to business for all my furnace and a/c needs going forward including annual services. I am very impressed with the work that was done today. Thank you!

The Technician Lupe was super good with the work he did to fix our AC. He was meticulous with the diagnosis steps, gave us the right recommendation, pros and cons to do next repairs and ensured we were on right track to get the ac fixed. I highly recommend Lupe as Proheating technician, if you have an AC going down.

My review is a little late since service was performed back in April but I wanted to shout out Lupe!
Lupe was incredibly helpful and kind! He did a great job, was efficient, and clear about what he worked on and the state of our system.
The only negative was the inconsistent and unclear communication from the office on schedule delays and overall updates.
The actual maintenance work from Lupe was amazing though!

Lupe came out to inspect my HVAC system, which had been shutting down intermittently. He was incredibly thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did he explain how the system works in a clear and understandable way, but he also went above and beyond by checking for other potential issues that could cause problems down the line. I really appreciated his attention to detail and proactive approach. Highly rate him for his excellent service!

We worked with Cesar at Pro Heating and Cooling to replace a furnace at my parent’s house. From the beginning, he was punctual, courteous and understanding of their situation and needs. So much that we ended up getting and AC unit and electrical panel installed as well.
