Fantastic service! Hector was just the best! He was knowledgeable , friendly and professional . The entire exoerience from the time I made the appointment with Angela until Hector complete the service everything was first rate. Do youself a favor call ProHeating and Cooling first when you have an HVAC issue you will not be dissapointed!

They used to be good before. This year however the Tech was a no-call no-show for a routine HVAC maintenance. Tried reaching out twice to reschedule, they said they would get back to me but never did.

Pro Heating and Cooling was the fourth HVAC company we hired to look at our broken central AC system. Each of the last three companies left our house scratching their heads - but Pro Heating and Cooling was the only one who correctly diagnosed the issue, and worked with us to get it fixed in time for us to close on our house. Each interaction we had with the company came with amazing customer service and a deep understanding of our situation. Lupe did a wonderful job servicing our AC and furnace and properly diagnosing and communicating the issue with our AC. Sebastian was very efficient in performing the work and final testing to ensure the problem had been solved. Dinora's customer service was outstanding, and I could feel that she was truly empathetic with our situation. Pro Heating and Cooling's work was the ONLY part of our home selling process that went smoothly - I highly recommend their services!

Super impressed! Called for same day repair after a power outage. Selvin the tech was awesome. Was told by dispatch for a 5-6 pm arrival and the tech showed EARLY at 4pm (even better!!) Selvin calmly diagnosed the root cause of why our heat pump was not working after a power outage. He investigated everything and fixed a loose wire in our electric panel, installed a missing transformer (that wasn't done by the original installer), replaced our air filter, educated us on proper use of the fresh air system (e.g., when to use throughout the year). He was so pleasant, calm, and dedicated. If Selvin is any reflection on how this company operates, I'm 100% sold on using Pro Heating and Cooling for all future routine maintenance and needed repairs. Highly Recommend. AND, SELVIN ROCKS!!

Today we had an appointment with Pro Heating & Cooling to replace our laundry room ceiling exhaust fan [as part of our new construction home warranty]. Adrian, the technician, was a pleasure to work with. He showed up on time and listened to our concerns prior to starting his work. His pleasant demeanor and professional attitude were impressive. He had to crawl into our attic a few times to ensure proper removal of the previous fan and then installation of our new fan. He also crawled onto our rooftop to clear exterior debris blocking our roof vent. We appreciated his knowledge, and thorough approach to the entire process. Once again, we thank Pro Heating & Cooling for their quality technicians and overall customer service. ADRIAN was top notch!

(Jan 6, 2026: third review): Just had a warranty fix on a one year old heat pump. Lupe, the tech was outstanding. He immediately found the problem (low refrigerant pressure) and spent several hours to remedy the situation. What impressed me was his communication, knowledge, and time he took to thoroughly explain all aspects of our heat pump operation. This company hires excellent technicians!! Lupe was super.

These guys are phenomenal! They came out during the snow storm promptly when we realized our furnace wasn’t working and had gotten down to 53 overnight. Our install and warranty is through Wolcott who, after numerous attempts to reach, we found they didn’t have any contractors on call. These guys graciously came out, showed us what was wrong (frozen condensate line and others), and gave us tips on how things work for the future. Would highly recommend and we are so grateful for how promptly they got here and fixed our heat!!

Lupe and Alex did a great job. They were super fast, professional and knowledgeable. Gave good information and did so in a positive manner. Definitely recommend their services in the future!

Pro Heating and Cooling does great work. They fixed duct work and the natural gas heater I have. Selvin and Hector were experts in installing the duct work, while Jose did a great job trouble shooting the original problem. I would highly recommend Pro Heating and Cooling.

Lupe & Alex responsed to our central air being down. 58 degrees when they walked in, 68 when they left.
These professionals had awesome customer service and taught me some system basics such as terms, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting tips. Highly recommend those gentlemen and trust in them to assist should issues arise down the road.

We had a great experience with Adrian for our AC maintenance. He was very thorough and paid close attention to the small details, making sure the issue was fully resolved instead of just doing a quick or temporary fix. His professionalism and care really stood out. I’d definitely recommend Adrian if you want someone who takes pride in doing the job right!

Cesar Patricio was outstanding and provided us a great price for our Bryant AC unit!

In addition, his whole team was amazing and it was great working specifically with Miriam. She has excellent customer service skills and a total sweetheart!

Our installers were also amazing and we highly recommend Pro Heating and Cooling.

We love our new AC unit and it works amazingly!

Pro Heating did an excellent job installing a heating and cooling system in our home. Issues were addressed quickly and effectively. The end product looks and works great.

I really appreciate the job done by Lupe M. and his assistant from Pro Heating and Cooling, Inc. They were thorough and checked multiple areas of the HVAC system to make sure it was working right. They did above and beyond what I expected, and they took the time to answer my questions. I appreciate their work!

Working with O’Leary Air has been a pleasure, especially. From calls with Allison at the office to working with Tanner & Blake. All great, knowledgeable folks who helped us upgrade our failing AC unit quickly in this hot August month. I only wish I could give more stars.

I needed Fall maintenance on my Rheem furnace. Pro Heating and Cooling was recommended and I decided to give them a try. Lupe and Alex arrived early and set to work. The completed the job quickly, even washing the filters in my electrostatic air cleaner. Then they did something no other HVAC servicer has ever done. They wiped out the entire unit with a wet cloth similar to a Wet-Wipe. Very impressive! I know a little about furnaces and they explained things about my unit that I didn't know. I appreciated that. They'll be back next Fall for sure.

Excellent service from Lupe M. start to finish. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Our system is running better than ever after the maintenance. Highly recommend!

Sunset Heating was excellent. Houston came out to troubleshoot our heat pump and was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what he was seeing and why, and gave clear options without any pressure. Most importantly, I never felt like I was being talked into something I didn’t need. Honest, competent service and great communication. Highly recommend Sunset Heating and ask for Houston.

Humberto was very polite and communicative. He shared knowledge of the furnace workings, what we were doing well and what could be improved for upkeep, rather than just maintenance without saying anything. Happy to continue working with Sunset.

Sunset heating and cooling completely bailed me out of a furnace mess. They were responsive, speedy, and very attentive- in addition to being really great at what they do! Manuel diagnosed my issues and put up with my attention hungry labradoodle - can’t thank him enough for all he did. Later, Shawn took over the project and by the end of the day, my house had heat again! Shawn even came back to do some extra work that improved the performance of the furnace. He was very thorough and patient with me (and the dog). They both were knights in shining armor! I am now set up on a maintenance plan with them and I look forward to having them back more often - under non emergency circumstances! Thank you, Manuel and Shawn… and thank you Sunset!

Bill did an annual service on my furnace. He was friendly, showed me and explained everything clearly. He offered some additional upsale options but wasn’t pushy at all. I also had some time restrictions they were able to accommodate and he arrived on time. Great service!

Great company! Jack was very nice let us know what was needed to add a live plug at all times for a lift chair for our stairs. Joshua was great and so kind. He was the person that did all the work. Both men were great at customer service. Oh and they were fast to get the work done since it was an emergency time line. Thank you!!
