Great service and price even during a heatwave. I asked for a diagnosis with coolant recharge. Ended up needing a small part replacement as well. They scheduled me quickly and charged me a reasonable price. Tech was friendly, experienced, and did not upsell or delay any repair. Only odd thing was prepaying the service call before the appointment, but i understand.

Will 100% call again as needed.

We contracted Pro Heating & Cooling to install a ductless a/c system in one of our bedrooms. We did the usual 3-bid-shuffle and all three companies would’ve been fine options, but we went with Pro based on a combination of great reviews, a recommendation from our realtor, and their estimate was the most reasonably priced for our budget.

The work was executed perfectly, the install crew was efficient and courteous, the supervising technician was super thorough during the system check, and the project manager was excellent at providing updates and communicating next steps throughout the process. Our thermostat stopped working unexpectedly. We called Pro Heating and Cooling, they were able to get out here same day, on a holiday too! Lupe M showed up right at the beginning of our one hour time window, he was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and quick! He knew exactly what he needed to do after I explained the issue. Once everything was set up, he stayed to make sure both the heat and air conditioner worked and it had no hiccups. I will definitely use this company again! Thank you, Lupe!!

The unprofessional, lack of transparency and lousy communication made me call another company immediately!! We purchased a new motor for our AC 3 years ago and it stopped working. Called today 9/18/25 to get scheduled for an inspection on the unit & the female office personnel stated we needed to have routine maintenance done once a year on the unit. If we had NOT, the warranty is NO longer valid. As a newer home owner this information is critical to inform customers. The woman said it's NOT their responsibility to let customers know to maintain unit once a year. It's the responsibility of the REALTOR to inform us of this!! Unbelievable.

Our landlord scheduled Pro Heating and Cooling to give our A/C system a maintenance check, so I am not aware of the cost/fees. What I can say is that Lupe M. arrived on time, and he even brought his own shoe covers and had them on when I opened the door. He was professional and friendly. He went through the entire system, cleaned the fan and machinery outside, and checked the conduit and pipes (we have a sump pump for heat in the winter). He informed us of an issue he found concerning the heater and included it in his report, so we didn't have to relay information to our landlord. He also cleaned up any mess (I don't remember there being much of one). The A/C is working fine, and we are very happy with the service.

Service Tech, Lupe M, was provisional, timely and went above and beyond to double check all systems, vents, and parts were functioning at 100%. He used shoe covers without being asked and made sure I was aware and understood the diagnosis and solutions.

Really appreciate Lupe for being on-time and efficient! Fixed my issue, answered my questions and gave me great tips on how to manage the air flow in the home. Highly recommend.
