Arctic is always responsive and helpful as well as great at educating the client on what the issue is and how it all works. I've used Arctic personally for my own home and professionally as a Realtor for clients and they've always been excellent, responsive and helpful.

Unprofessional and terrible business to work with.
First call to Chris at Arctic and was able to schedule a HVAC assessment but on the day they lost the appointment. Called again and spoke with Tiffany who took my information and booked me for 5 days later. Day of the second appointment, again they did not show up and "lost" the appointment.

When asked if they could give a consideration for cancelling twice was met with a hard and incredibly rude "negative". Instead of having a sense of urgency to reschedule a cancelled appointment, Chris states I can call you end of day and see if I can get you on the schedule in 2 days.

Chris and Artic have no idea how to conduct business nor provide any sense of customer service.

Reliable, honest, communicative, professional, and efficient. So grateful for the team at Arctic! They have helped us with our reach-ins, walk-in, ice machine, glass chiller, and under counter freezer. Every time they explain what/where the problem is and the options we have for repair. We are on their maintenance schedule and they are always done and cleaned up before service. Thanks Arctic!

The Arctic team has taken care of our business for years, and recently replaced a very old HVAC unit for us. They were fast, efficient, respectful and handled everything with the understanding that we were conducting business at the same time as the installation. I have absolutely no problem recommending the Arctic team!

Chris and the team are fantastic. Team supported us with a new furnace, AC and tankless water heater over the last few years. They helped identify right solutions for our home and us, while guiding us as new homeowners. Very knowledgeable and good people.

Eric and Chris are wonderful to work with and responded quickly to my needs. They went above and beyond, which is rare around these parts. Eric diagnosed the problem with my furnace, got the replacement part and installed it, and ensured my warranty covered the part. When things seemed off, he came back the next day to troubleshoot, ensuring everything was in proper order, and didn't bill for the extra time. He also gave me a handheld device to double check the thermostat against the actual room temperature, which he didn't need to do but did. Top notch all the way.

Jake helped our business in a pinch during the holidays. Would highly recommend.

This is the third time we have hired Artic Heating and once again, Chris and his team were amazing to work with! We scheduled an maintenance/safety check our heating system (23 years old), knowing it most likely needed to be replaced, which it did. They talked us through a few options and quickly installed a new system that made the most sense for our home. Eric and Damian (installers) were kind, efficient and patiently answered my questions. Because we already had a newer thermostat they even discounted us for not using the one that normally comes with a new system. If you are looking for a solid, reliable, honest company to hire for your HVAC needs, I highly recommend Artic!

We had AAA Heating and Cooling out to assess our replacing our furnace and adding AC. Boomer was very straightforward about the value we might get out of our choices and he provided a very detailed multi-page proposal listing several options each for a furnace and AC unit, or a heat pump to handle both. He was attentive to our project but did not apply too much pressure.
Once we made our decision the turn around on getting the install completed was quite quick.
The installers Josh and Silvio were always willing to answer questions and were very knowledgeable. They completed the job efficiently and both the furnace was replaced and the new AC installed within 2 days. The team was easily able to deal with an unexpected issue with the existing power to the furnace not being correct from a previous electrical project.
I look forward to their attentiveness for the on-going maintenance of the system.

I’m not sure if so many reviews in such a short time actually tell the uninformed consumer much about AAA other than the company is having its technicians ask for reviews mentioning their name on Google. That said, we’ve been through multiple heating and cooling services in Portland over the past 20 years and AAA has been the only completely reliable and competent one. Today Isaiah did a routine winter furnace check and made it painless. Thanks AAA.

Furnace was acting up and needed it fixed ASAP. I’d always used AAA - we bought the unit from them 20 years ago. Anyway, for this visit, Ernesto came out. He was professional, courteous, listened to what I had to say and he communicated what was happening throughout the service call. Got it fixed quickly now all is back to normal. Thanks for another great experience from AAA.

We had a premium heat pump and backup gas furnace installed by AAA two years ago and they've been great since. They're service throughout was amazing. We also just had them back for our annual maintenance and had fantastic service by Ernesto who added a coil cleaning on the spot. We'll keep coming back to them for our annual maintenance for sure!

We’ve worked with AAA over many years, so when it was time to consider replacing our old heat pump system, we naturally contacted AAA.
Boomer, the design specialist, came out and reviewed our needs and promptly sent us a quote, including several options. He made himself available for any follow-up questions and got right back to us. He was very personable, professional & knowledgeable. He is why we chose to have the installation done, so kudos to Boomer. His is an asset to the company for sure.

Also, want to acknowledge how pleased we were with both Josh & Kyle, the installers. They did a great installation job and went over everything with us that we needed to know.

In a world where good customer service is hard to find, these three gentlemen deserve a pat on the back and a well- deserved bonus in our opinion.

Love this company and have worked with them for yrs. Just had a new furnace and A/C installed. Boomer was great with the quote and sales process, and Josh and Angel were a fabulous installation team. Everyone was professional and caring. Highly recommend!

This is the third time I have used AAA Heating and Cooling for a mini split system install, the first two times being for my apartment managers at two apartment complexes I own. This time, however, was for my own home. What a great job they did. The lead installer, Josh B. was great. Not only did he always put my needs and concerns first, but he also worked with me to solve some install difficulties. He was competent, professional to a tee, and easy going. In fact, all the crew were capable, and clean and did good work. AAA manned the job as needed to finish in two days, even having up to five guys there on a Friday to finish. I also appreciated their sales associate, Boomer, who went out of his way to meet my needs and explain everything as best he could along the way. From start to finish I found AAA Heating and Cooling to be a company that did the job right the first time, always with my interests in mind. Thanks guys. I look forward to working with you again.
