Advanced provided hvac venting for my bathroom exhaust fan. On time day of install, communicated exactly what they were doing, work completed fast, exceeded expectations in the time it took to complete, bathroom exhaust now vents out through the roof instead of the crawl space. Didn’t charge extra for cutting through PVC/Vinyl roofing Fantastic job 😊

Fabulous local company, unbelievably great and attentive service. We got a new heat pump to replace our ancient octopus furnace, and the whole process was handled professionally and painlessly. We've been delighted with the new pump. Greg was especially helpful getting us through the process. We spent months trying to decide what to do, and Greg was always responsive and helped get us through all the things we were anxious about.

Got four bids for a four ceiling cassette mini split system. Advanced Heating came in very competitive. Greg was very helpful guiding me through their offerings and readily answered all the follow up questions I had. The lead time was minimal which was a pleasant surprise. The installers were professional and courteous. The small issue I had over drain line placement by the installers was resolved on the follow up appointment. Overall I'm very happy I went with Advancea and their Mitsubishi offerings. Would recommend Advanced if you are considering a minisplit system.

Not only was the estimate reasonable but every person I interacted with was friendly, kind, and professional. I haven't a single thing to complain about and they were responsive to questions, thorough, and cleaned up after. Our job was a mini-split installation in an attic room. They suggested a "floor unit" and it's perfect for our needs.

Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning Inc did a terrific job of installing a kitchen hood in our 1951 ranch at a very affordable price! Our home never had a kitchen hood before, so it was a bit of a process, but Greg helped with all the steps. Riley was super helpful getting us scheduled for an install before we left for a long vacation. The install was done in a day and they provided their own electrician for the electrical work, so we didn’t have to source that out separately. Easy breezy and now we finally have a kitchen hood!

These guys were great at helping walk us through understanding the mini split/heat pump for our upper level; giving us a bid that was fair and included everything, and was easy to schedule and install. Greg was quick and responsive and the installers were fantastic! We felt comfortable with their knowledge and felt it was easy to trust the purchase of 2 mini split units for our 1912 craftsman home. Now it is nice and warm and was easily cooled for the last month of summer up in our master bedroom area. The pricing was better than the other 4 places I inquired with and we were happy to put in the Mitsubishi. Would do business again!

A friendly installer arrived at 8 o’clock on the dot. So much care went into prepping my house for a new furnace to be installed. Everything was left impeccably clean and no damage was done getting the old unit out and the new one in. If you’re looking for real service, you will choose Artic. Smaller, compared to other large corporate operators, but mighty with amazing customer service.
