My mother-in-law had a blockage in her sewer pipe that caused it to back up into the shower when the toilet was flushed. We called Wolcott and he arrived within an hour, and had the pipe cleared and everything working within a couple of hours. He even cleaned up the shower of the foul waste, which was tremendous help. Diego was very pleasant, efficient, and explained everything, including video from the camera showing why the pipe became blocked. We would definitely recommend their services.

Elijah was very professional and knowledgeable about what I wanted to do in my home. Delivered an efficient and easy to understand estimate before leaving.

I had a notification from the water meter reader that I have a possible water leak. That explained my surprisingly high water bill. I called Wolcott plumbing on Friday morning and they put me on the schedule for Friday. 2 techs arrived at 4:30 pm. They found the problem was a leaking toilet. I had tried but wasn’t able to find the cause myself. I approved their quote to replace all the parts inside the tank. They finished the job same day. I have peace of mind my next water bill will be back to normal. I felt the cost was very reasonable. The quoted service call fee was applied to the repair making it very reasonable.

Jeff quickly identified the problem, fixed it, and didn’t make a mess in the process (the leaking pipe was above the kitchen ceiling).

I would post 6 stars but only 5 stars are available. Ryan fixed our electrical problem and was able to take care of another small project quickly while he was there. He clearly explained our options and suggested the right solution that made sense and fit our budget. If you have any electrical issues call Wolcott (and ask for Ryan). You will be glad you did.

Elijah and Austin did an awesome job installing five new ring security cameras outside our home near Barlow High, plus they added a surge protector to the electric panel. They were both thorough and professional in their work. My wife and I are super happy!

Nick just left and if he and Debbie (she took my repair request) are the face of Wolcott, they have a customer for life. Nick was extremely informative,honest and a real nice guy. The repairs thus far seem great and I so appreciate the one day service.

I went on Angi and explained what the problem was with my water heater. I was given a list of companies and chose to go with Wolcott. To my surprise they came out the same day and Tyler did a great job he was very friendly and explained everything that needed to be done. He gave me an estimate of what needed to be done waiting for my approval before starting.

Jason was awesome. He explained everything he was doing. He called ahead to let is know when he would arrive. He was on time and very professional . We would definitely recommend him!

I had to replace and install a new HVAC system in my home .Levi marley did a very great and thorough job from wolcott service. He explained each and every bit of process and updated regularly. He made sure we are comfortable and familiar in understanding the whole system how it operates and how do we manage when there are minor problems etc.I highly recommend the wolcott service as they are very competitive in pricing and value for money

This company is tops! We’ve had more than a few things done by them. Some small issues and a very large furnace replacement. Walcotts staff is beyond helpful, knowledgeable and totally trustworthy. The pricing is fair and while no one ever likes a repair bill I can always count on an honest bid and a perfect job done. We will always use this company to address any future needs we may have.

Matt was great and finished in a timely manner. The price for service was horrible. The part was $300. Took him about hr and half to install. Charged me $1900. Was told by them and builder that we had a ten year warranty on hvac. Little did I know you only get ten year warranty if you register it. What a joke. Not one person ever told me that. Do not call the office. You will get AI and it will take forever. Don’t think I can recommend them. That said Matt did do a wonderful job.

When I had a concern related to pricing on my plumbing project, Wolcott was quickly and kindly in touch and provided additional information that resolved the issue. With prices rising everywhere, it can be hard to assess fairness, and I felt that ultimately the price I paid was fair.

As I mentioned, the quality of work was great. My electrician, Elijah, was excellent. He quickly identified the issues, suggested smart improvements, and helped stage the work to prioritize safety while spreading out project elements to help manage costs. The electrical work ended up costing me less than I expected because it was lower than a bid I received from a well-known electrical company for similar work last year. I was very happy with the pricing and results for repairing a GFCI switch and outlet and installing four fire and carbon monoxide detectors. I feel safer in my home now.

That same day, Anthony helped me troubleshoot and develop a plan to repair my very old clawfoot tub. His explanations gave me confidence to move forward with a solution that preserves my vintage bathroom while making it functional. The plumber who completed the work, Tyler, was creative and an excellent problem solver. Tyler and his associate completed the work to a high standard, and I was very satisfied with the outcome.

Overall, it was extremely convenient to have both projects evaluated at the same time. Anthony and Elijah investigated my problems and were clear about what was needed to meet my plumbing and electrical safety goals. Elijah and Tyler, who completed the work, were respectful, skilled, and thoughtful problem solvers.

I won’t hesitate to contact Wolcott, and specifically Elijah, Anthony, and Tyler, the next time I need electrical or plumbing services.

Wolcott is a great company! We have had them out multiple times over the years. Mark Hartley is a very experienced electrician, and he just helped us again (this time with installation of new bathroom fans). I highly trust Mark, and he gives the best service…thank you!!

I need warranty team to follow up on the issue on my home as it still hasn’t get fixed and called Wolcott service team to schedule my work with warranty team. Unfortunately, there’s no way for me to directly contact with warranty team and all my warranty request should through service team who has no control of scheduling warranty job though service team lady was willing to help. I still didn’t hear anything back from warranty team for more than 4 days and don’t understand Wolcott’s system that doesn’t allow warranty work cannot be scheduled on their website which makes customers hassle with scheduling warranty job. I have no other choice but just keep calling service team to request warranty team to reach out and waiting while enduring heater issue during this winter.

I would highly recommend Wolcott for any of your water heater, hvac or plumbing needs. Anthony was our tech that came out to our home and he was very professional and friendly. He pointed out what was going on with our water heather and the available options. He was easy to communicate with and provided several different options to help meet our financial needs. I was worried that I needed a new on-demand water heater because the hot water changed to cold during a long shower. But Vic Heuvel came the next day. He descaled the 14 year old unit and now there is plenty of hot water for long showers! He was knowledgeable and friendly. I was so pleased, I signed an annual maintenance contract with Wolcott.
