Jason came yesterday to look at my water heater and Mark came today to look at an electrical issue I was having. Both were very personable and professional. Very patient with my questions (even the ones I asked multiple times). Highly recommended.

I was quoted $99.00 plus tax to have my HVAC inspected by Wolcott. The sales woman insisted she needed my credit card information before the visit.
The repairman did not replace any parts or do any maintenance. I was charged $199.00 plus tax. Not the $99.00 agreed upon over the phone.
I am disappointed in Wolcott. l will not have Wolcott back under any circumstances. 02/26/2026

We had a really nice experience with Wolcott. Our water heater broke and we had it replaced an installed all within a couple of days. Jason was very helpful and guided us through the process really well. Very professional and nice people to work with. Definitely recommend !

Called Wolcott to schedule an appointment for a leaking pipe. Jason together with Jake came to assess and give an estimate of price and time to do the work. Jason also coordinated someone to check our HVAC system. They are very efficient. Thank you!

Anthony with Wolcott did an excellent job repairing our 59 year old plumbing. He was professional and did exactly what he said that he was going to do. They were able to come out the same day for an estimate. They did the repairs the day after. Would definitely use Wolcott again.

I am impress and very happy with the service I got today. From making the call and setting up an appointment, to the house call from the technician. I knew I was going to like Levi when called and said he was on his way. I really appreciate the way he explained situations. I felt that he truly knew what he was doing. He made me feel like I could trust him and that was paramount. I felt like he went above and beyond. He represented the company well. Hope I get him the next time. Thank you

Loved them. Very nice technicians Nick and Grant. They wore foodies which i appreciated. Very good at what they do. Fast , courteous, friendly, and informative. Definitely earned our business in the future.

Called in for a plumbing issue, spoke to Joe. He was very helpful. A plumber showed up the next day promptly & took care of the issue, and gave plenty of options to fix. I will be using them going forward & recommend everyone who needs a plumber to do the same. Great team over there. Seems like a great Local company!

By far one of the best refrigeration companies I've worked with thus far. There 24/7 phone service is not only reliable but very helpful. Whenever I've had an issues they've always been very quick to help.

Didn’t hire them, but I was struggling changing my flat tire and someone in a key mechanical van stopped to help me. Very nice. :)
