Honest man who does honest work. He really goes above and beyond to help with your heating and A/C needs. I would hire him any time that I need any sort of heating needs again.

AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! If I could give Jim any more stars I would. Called out another heating & air company and they tried to convince me that I needed a new furnace. Jim was here 10 minutes and replaced one part and I was up and running again. Can't say enough great things about this guy.

Jim is such a nice guy. If I need my AC or furnace checked I call jim . My mom my grandmother and one of my clients has also used jim. He is good at what he does hes a honest guy charges fair.

I called Jim after my furnace stopped working overnight due to a faulty condensation gasket. He called back within the hour and arrived 30 minutes later. Within an hour it was sealed and all I had to do was soak up the moisture in the catch tray before restarting the furnace. Good price and great work!

I’ve used Hanson many times over the years (furnace repair, AC repair & later new AC unit install). There simply is nobody better in the Portland metro area. Jim is a great guy, experienced, knowledgeable, a true professional & treats his customers well! I’ve recommended him to friends & family many times.

My heater stopped working again, after a year. Previously, I called Roth; they got it working, but I had to wait an extra day in the cold and it cost hundreds of dollars. I knew there had to be a better solution, so I looked for a company without a website and found Hanson Heating.

I called and he was at my house within 15 minutes! He was very quick to diagnose the issue and had it fixed in 10 minutes, PLUS he showed me how to fix it myself in the future. He barely charged me anything for his time, so it's safe to say their prices are extremely reasonable, VERY inexpensive. He was extremely courteous as well; he even brought a treat for my dog.

I will use Hanson Heating forever, and highly recommend them.

A++Great experience! Jim was on time, fast and friendly. 3 days before Xmas my tenants furnace quit. I isolated the problem to a bad circuit board. Jim was able to find a work-around on the board to make it work immediately, for over the holidays, while the replacement part was in the mail. A week later he came back to install the new board.
He totally saved the day and made me look great in front of my new renters.

If you want a company that actually cares about its customers and will take good care of you - call Pacific Ductless. If you just want the cheapest company - we’ll, you get what you pay for. I prefer peace of mind and quality workmanship over price. And it was worth it! Highly recommend
